Omg, what a great place and wonderful Service. A young girl named Irna helped me and the service was the best. My prada sunglasses needed new lenses. I went to the sunglass hut in Macy's where I bought them for a high price and stated I needed lenses and they basically told me there was nothing they could do for me. I then went to the one in the Edision mall and same story. I happened to be at the Estero outlet and just walked in and asked about some type of repair because I did not want to spend 400 dollar on new sunglasses. Irna stated she would be glad to help me and she would order new lenses and they would put them in for me and it would take a week. I just picked them up yesterday and they changed them. What great service. This is the only Sunglass Hut I will ever go to again. Good job Irna! read more

Yes, there are three Sunglass Huts in one outlet mall. While these outlets are relatively straightforward to navigate, seeing three of the same store may give you a sneaking suspicion that you are walking in the wrong direction at least two times during your trip. "Wait...wasn't I just..?" Abundance aside, they often offer some deals that simply cannot be beat. While there ARE other places to get designer sunglasses (ex. Saks off Fifth), I would say that the best selection and most consistent quality is always found at any of the three huts. No scratches, no bent nosepads - these are just what you would find in a regular Sunglass Hut, and taken care of as such. After 8 minutes of looking around I walked out with a $330 pair of Prada sunglasses in matte black for $120 and my mom got a $160 pair of Oakleys for $60. Well done. read more

Have been into several Sunglass Huts before and always walked out like I was shopping for a used car. This time, the experience was very different. We went into the store and we were the only customers there. The gal at the counter welcomed us, and invited us to look around and to let her know if there was anything she could help us with. Perfect. When it was obvious I had narrowed down my selection, she walked over and gave me the highlights of each product, something I really appreciated. The purchase was made easy, and away I went, a happy customer excited about my purchase and my experience. Wish more salespeople had the wherewithal to handle customers this way. read more

We've been to a few Sunglass Huts but this was our first one in the Miromar Outlet Mall. If you are wondering how you will find a S H store in this outet mall, do not worry--- there seems to be one every 10 stores. But the one we went into is the largest store size. The sales guy working there was very helpful. I even gave him my sunglasses (that I bought in Macy's in Vernon Hills) & he cleaned them up. Wow! I noticed the difference. Worst customer service ever. I purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses on libe for myself and did not like either. Drove 30 mins to exchange them for something I liked better and was told by the sweet & professional rep that unfortunately she could not help me bc her bosses have not given her access to the computer to process exchanges. What a waste. I spent over $500 & I can't get service at this location? What a waste of time. Let me drive another 30 mins home so I can exchange on line, wait for shipping, processing time, blah, blah, blah. If a manager can't be there to process an exchange, maybe give computer access to those who are actually working??? Just a thought, but silly me. My boyfriend and I came to the outlets today for a fun day. We both needed new sunglasses, and decided to stop in to see what they had in store. We were warmly greeted, and escorted over to the section of Burberry and Versace - two of our favorite designers. I chose a pair of Burberry, where my boyfriend chose Versace. We were helped by a kind young gentleman named Hunter, who was very helpful and kind and even recommended some places to go watch fireworks tonight. The customer service we experienced today was phenomenal- I wish more stores were like this. She was very knowledgeable & helped me try on several pairs of glasses until I settled on a very chic pair of Coach Sunglasses. The regional manager contacted me immediately. She expressed sincere appreciation for my business and apologized numerous times for my inconvenience. She was honest, transparent, and thanked me for having taken the time to notify her of my experience. She explained that all stores are expected to assist customers with needs, including returns. Hate this one. I think it's this one. The one close to the Nike store anyway. I went there yesterday to see if I saw anything I liked for my mother's birthday. As soon as I walked in, the skinnier white one of the two ladies greeted me and I thought that was nice. Until I started noticing that she was only following ME around the store. Out of everybody that walked in and out of the store, she was only following ME. LIKE WTF. I'm a very indecisive person so I was there long enough to see at least 50 people come in and out of the place and shed greet them but keep her eyes on me. I'd start looking at the sunglasses on one side of the store and then switch sides and she would literally stay 2 steps behind me. I got so pissed. I finally blew up and yelled at her. I said, "why do you keep following ONLY ME? I'm NOT going to steal anything!!" To which she got startled and just replied in the most scared voice, "cool." And I stormed off. I'm stilllll mad.
