Apparently they came in May 23rd and even tho the manager said they called me (and clearly did NOT) it's not their policy to call again even if the product has been in the office for almost 4 months. This is bad business and lying to the customer's face is also not ok. I will NOT be back. Too bad, because Dr Fountain is the sweetest. I highly recommend her expertise but don't count on the office manager to do her job well and maybe try to call more than once... even tho that didn't happen at all to begin with. When I went back through my videos from the day he proposed, you can clearly see the crack. I took it in for repair immediately and they refused to stand behind their work. I explained it had just been sitting in a safe before I got it and that I had proof it was there when he proposed. They still charged me $75 for the repair saying "we would've never let it leave the store that way. It must've gotten smashed in the door of the safe" despite there being no damage consistent with it being crushed or banged on anything. I've lost 2 stones and 2 more cracked. The prongs for the last stone lost were actually broken off completely. Ultimately we ended up having the ring remade by another jeweler so we could improve the quality and avoid dealing with Bass all together.
