Checked delivery timeframes and entered the event date per their website so, "our team of flower experts ensure your flower order arrives on time" Flowers arrived too late for the event (the day of) and were wilted. Customer service calls went to voicemail as if the company was being run out of a garage. When I finally got a call back they blamed UPS for the delay, in other words, "not our problem." Well perhaps they should have shipped my order sooner, not taken the order, and not manipulate my expectations with false guarantees of the order being on time. When the flowers did arrive too late on the day of the event they were wilted after being delayed in the hot UPS truck or warehouse. So if your event is important, and the flowers are important, you will be taking a risk ordering from FiftyFlowers.com And if there is a problem, it will be YOURS not theirs.

The tracking information indicated they would be delivered by noon on Thursday so I was not concerned until it approached 4:30 and there was no sign of the flowers and the tracking info was updated to say that they should arrive by end of day. Customer service was less than helpful as they indicated the flowers were in the hands of the carrier Fed EX. I had to get check out of our Airbnb on Friday morning by 10 am which I had indicated to both Fed Ex and Fifty Flowers. Still no flowers and I had sit waiting for this delivery! Flowers Flowers told me they cannot guarantee delivery of their product. My flowers arrived around 10:30 am and when we unpacked them they were disappointing to say the least. They did perk up after a few hours but we had to buy additional flowers to supplement the centerpieces. I would NEVER use this company again. I do not recommend! For our next wedding we will be using a local florist.

Sounded good to me, I paid $8 for one additional white rose to add to the 12 red. Fast forward three days, the red roses are all dropped over and never even opened fully. The white rose (which came new out of a box is looking wonderful). Upon looking online I've learned a batch of fresh roses should have no issues lasting a week to 10 days no problem. Disappointing to spend that kind of money to only get a couple of days out of them.

I…read morewanted to find a florist who would work within our limited floral budget, but i still wanted my flowers to pop and make a statement. Emily did it all. From her calm, professional demeanor, to her brainstorming funky, texturized flower ideas, to graciously replying every time I sent her a new favorite dahlia color during the farmer's market runs the summer before our October wedding, Emily took it all in, kept updating our proposal, and worked with me to make it all look fabulous. Some favorite aspects of our wedding flowers were my bouquet and the rituals she helped me create, as well as our reception arrangements, that tied the ritual and the reception flowers all together. Instead of having an army of bridesmaids, I had my girlfriends line the aisle and each hand me a different colored dahlia, which is the flower of San Francisco. There were about ten different girlfriends awaiting me with huge grins while I walked down with my dad. I highly recommend it! At the end, my bouquet was overflowing with femininity and it made not only my original bouquet stand out, but encircled it with a lot more color and excitement. It was like having two bouquets in one day! (see my photos here attached to review) What I also loved was that while brainstorming an alternative role for ringbearers, I explained a concept that my husband and I had learned and used from pre-marital counseling: the metaphor of extending an olive branch to say I'm sorry and move on from a disagreement. I told Emily I wanted to use this somehow in the ceremony and she recommended having the boys carry olive branches down the aisle and then later pause during the ceremony to explain this while the boys brought the olive branches up to the altar. This allowed the significance of the ringbearers to remain (something about boys turning into men on the wedding day, signifying the transition for my husband from "boy" to "man"), and then later she incorporated those olive branches into our buffet table arrangement, as well as the arrangement on the bar. Lastly, I loved how she created two different designs for our centerpieces. I'm not one for "matchy-matchy" flowers and I prefer for things to be different and funky, while also being polished and tasteful. Emily is the best florist for executing this exact thing. She helped me brainstorm flowers to add texture and funk. Plus, I'm now totally enamored with adding texture to my flowers (like I did by adding peacock feathers to my bouquet) as well as the new flower she introduced me to, celosia, which resembles underwater sea coral. I can't get enough of it (plus it lasts weeks in a vase at home!) Thanks, Emily. You have deep talent and lovely soul!
