Got the Gummy pink small pack. First off, I took off of work not one, but 2 days because they said delivery required a signature. They never showed on the scheduled delivery date.! They arrived in 3 separate shipments (we assumed it would be one shipment). The 3rd box came a day late & unrefrigerated. The flowers were in horrible shape & smelled rotten, but we thought we could salvage some of them. The next day (wedding day), we were forced to throw all of them away. I contacted the company which they stood by THEIR policy which was to notify them within 24 hours of receipt with any issues (which was not realistic the day of the wedding). I have to say that my experience with ordering from Fifty Flowers was frustrating to say the least. My order was placed well in advance of our wedding and the delivery date that I requested was confirmed. We were having a destination wedding and I did make arrangements for someone to be present on the date the flowers were supposed to be delivered. According to their website, flowers must be received and signed for. To my dismay, the flowers were delivered the day before we arrived and Fed Ex dumped the delivery on the deck in full Florida sun. Many were already wilted when we arrived to find them. Others were delivered the next day and more the next day. The petals that were to be delivered on May 27th were delayed until 6/1 however I received an email that said they were delivered, but that was not true. We had to try to find local flowers last minute. While I did receive a refund for the wilted flowers and petals, the lilies I ordered were tight buds and have just now opened, the 4th day after the wedding. They were useless. I did follow directions upon receiving the flowers. We made do with what we had and the flowers we used were pretty. I just wish that delivery had been more organized and everything would have come on the day to be delivered. I would not use this vendor again. read more

Decided to say screw it to ordering wedding floral from florists and do my own. That said, I was faced with the decision of where to get the quantities of flowers I needed. Fifty Flowers responsibly filled my order for hypericum berries that I used as part of my bridal bouquet. The order was filled responsibly on the expected date and all the flowers arrived in excellent condition. You can call / check website for prep instructions - not printed for you (but that was great for me, I was awash in garbage the week of the wedding with packages arriving every day). I actually had three vendors (FiftyFlowers, GlobalRose and Costco) for my floral in total, mostly based on selection and unit prices. That said, in terms of Fifty Flowers: Pros: -- a lot of selection. If you need VERY specific colors, this place can probably help make it happen if you are looking for very particular colors to match a color scheme. There was a large variety of colors for hypericum and hydrangea. I specifically purchased the hypericum with them because they had the particular color I wanted for the bouquet I was hoping to make. Probably the strongest rationale for using them is the selection. -- healthy flowers. No stems were lost in the grand scheme of this, and all are STILL looking amazing almost a week after delivery, cutting, and being out of water on and off during the ceremony. -- pretty communicative, they called immediately after the delivery was made to make sure I took care of the flowers ASAP. Cons: -- very communicative but maybe a little too communicative. They called when the order was first placed to request that I move the delivery date to a day earlier, to allow the flowers to open. I was baffled, because hypericum doesn't require time to "open" and honestly, the day I got them looked like the day after the wedding. Still, I took off work to wait for the delivery a day before I was actually due to start being off for wedding prep, but I found it odd that request was necessary. -- I also considered them for purchasing hydrangea blooms, greenery, baby's breath and sunflowers. None of these were cheaper at Fifty Flowers per unit, and upon purchasing from other vendors, they also lived equally as long / arrived in equally good condition. A few boxes arrive early and some arrived 2 days late with the Nordic Ice packs WARM not cold. The anemones rotted, the roses bloomed too soon with fallen petals and the peonies disintegrated within the same day. And I followed all their tutorials and blogs on caring for the the flowers. Oh, 50 Flowers. So I'd read a lot online about DIYing wedding flowers, and that 50Flowers' prices were really great. My now sister-in-law wasn't too jazzed about using flowers as centerpieces at her wedding, but my Mom was pretty intent on having at least SOMETHING on the tables. So we settled on getting a load of premium gerber daisies ordered from 50flowers.com and would just put 5 stems in each table's vase for some color. We ordered some white ones and some tinted green ones. I'm talking like, 4 months in advance. We followed all of their directions--Ordered for Thursday delivery for their Saturday wedding. So you can imagine our surprise when my Mom received the flowers that Thursday before the wedding. And there were white daisies and RED DAISIES. Not a green one in sight. Yeah. Not what we ordered. Especially when we're wearing KELLY GREEN BRIDESMAID DRESSES and all accents at the wedding were kelly green. Red. OMG. HELLO CHRISTMAS. Now most brides would have lost their mind, and 50Flowers was lucky that I was NOT the bride in this instance. I called them immediately and let them know what we received. They told me they'd been waiting for my call, as the bride who HAD received my green daisies had already called them. They didn't know WHO received her red ones. Turned out it was me. So yeah. TWO unhappy customers right there. Apparently they can't get the right flowers in the right boxes. I was then told that there wasn't any way we could get the correct green daisies by Saturday. Something about them needing time to tint. Great. She told me she could get me some more white ones, though. I opted not to. Frankly, I didn't want to end up in the same scenario on the day of the wedding. I asked for a full refund for all of the green daisies we never received. They obliged and said the refund would process to my credit card within 3-5 business days. That's when I got on the phone with some other awesome local flower shops, told them my scenario, and decided to order some daisies from them. Visser's Florist in Anaheim saved my day--getting me 75 AWESOME white gerber daisies the next morning for just 10 cents more per stem. But let's talk about the quality of the daisies we received from 50Flowers. This was the ONE thing I was worried about. Their pictures are awesome. And then the packaging was seemingly awesome, too. Each daisy came with a plastic stem holder, along with some netting around each flower, so the petals wouldn't break or fall off. We immediately put the daisies in water when we received them. Kept them inside, out of the sun, and changed their water the next morning to keep the bacteria out. The flower seemed small for a gerber--probably about 3.5 inches? When I think of "premium" (which is what they called these), this isn't what I picture. Saturday rolled around, and the white daisies looked AWFUL. Especially compared to the 75 white daisies I'd ordered from Visser's. They looked tiny (the ones from Visser's were at least 5 inches diameter--some bigger), and were completely wilting. Comparatively, they weren't even in the same league as the daisies I'd gotten from Visser's. We truly didn't know what to do with them. We used them in some of the smaller vases, but they ended up being a big waste, since we had to toss so many of them because they either lost tons of petals or were drooping to the point of no return. For some bizarre reason, the red daisies held up much better. Not that that helped us, since we had no use for them. They sat at my Mom's house in a vase. It's now been 10 days since I've asked for my refund (8 business days) and I still don't see it processed to my credit card statement. I e-mailed their customer service dept. about this on Friday, but still haven't heard back. I'll be checking everyday, and will be disputing it with my credit card company if they don't get it processed this week. I'll update about that when it happens. Definitely wouldn't recommend them. This isn't the sort of stress a bride wants to deal with two days before her wedding. Their nonchalant attitude was pretty offputting as well. I understand that quality sometimes differs from flower to flower, but sending you the wrong thing just isn't acceptable. ETA: Just wanted to update about my refund to my credit card. They sent me an e-mail regarding the refund on Monday, August 30, however, it didn't post to my account until Wednesday, September 1. Each time, they knocked it out of the park with their customer service AND the flowers. For my wedding, I did 2 trial runs before my wedding just to make sure the quality was up to par. The flowers were FAR BEYOND up to par. I wholly trust FiftyFlowers! Everyone in my bridal party was so surprised at the freshness and the excellent condition of the flowers. We made 20 centerpieces and 8 bouquets with Ivory Hydrangeas, Green Dianthus, Pink Brush Stroke Novelty Roses, Ivory Mini Garden Roses, Light Orange and Light Pink Ecuadorian Roses, Curly Willow Branches and Sunset Blend Garden Roses. Normally you schedule delivery for 2 days before an even, however because of the 4th of July, Fed Ex could only deliver them a day before. They still were gorgeous. They perked up with in the hour when we used the flower food they came with! We put them in the big orange Home Depot buckets, and they were good to go! For my friend's father's funeral, she needed flowers within two days of the service. It was very last minute. That made it hard to find flowers that would ship fast enough being I only got a few days notice. Customer service was great. They presented to me what they knew they could get to me in time. I received beautiful and fresh pre made white flower centerpieces. Here is what I ordered: - David Austin Rose Peach Juliet Ausgameson: A little upset as I LOVE Juliet roses. These never fully opened up, even when placed in a warm environment with warm water. My BM had to help gently open them up with their fingers. Did not weather so great, which was disappointing. - Garden Rose Soft Pink Ohara: The smell of these flowers are AMAZING! Their fragrance was 95% of the reason I chose these, They also did not open up as fully as I would have liked but their scent is intoxicating! - Pinky Peach Fresh Cut Carnations: The carnations arrived a blush color but throughout the course of 2 days turned in the beautiful peach color shown on the website. So cute and durable. Highly recommend. We used these flowers EVERYWHERE. - Garden Rose White Blush: LOVE these flowers! They smelled sooo good and opened up so beautifully. My favorite of the bunch. - DIY Dahlias and Ranunculus Combo Pack: Close contender for my favorites. The dahlias looked amazing off the box but even better once I put them in water for a few hours. They provided amazing texture in my BM bouquets and centerpieces. The ranunculus looked even better the day after the wedding and surprisingly held up well in the boutonnieres. I used the ranunculus in clear bud vases for some of my centerpieces and they looked great. - Silver Dollar Eucalyptus Greens: Used for my BM bouquets and as décor on my Welcome sign. They looked whimsical and provided a loose and organic feel to the bouquets and looked SO cute draped on the sign. They smell amazing as well! - El Aleli Peach Flower: Used these for aisle décor as well as centerpiece. SUPER fragile. Looked cute, but would rather go for Snapdragons next time for similar height but not as fragile. Everything arrived pretty much on time (minus a 1 day delay on the Eucalyptus greens, which didn't matter much to me anyhow) and I had such a great time arranging with my bridesmaids, groomsmen(!), groom, and family members the day before. The prep work is pretty intense and took 3 people around 3 hours to do (remove thorns, leaves, cut horizontally). Make sure you have the proper tools for it too - shears, and thorn strippers are a must as well as the huge 5 gallon Home Depot buckets. I placed a small order for a small wedding. Four days before the event they called to say that due to weather issues they would not be able to ship the blush roses but could sub ivory roses. I disliked the color and asked if there were any other light pink flowers they could sub but apparently the week I was getting married they only had ivory roses? In any case she assured me that the rest of my order would be fine. I did receive the carnations. The next day I was to receive the greenery box which should have contained green and white hydrangea and a couple other light green filler plants. What I received wasn't even close. I received a box full of multicolored wildflowers. I attempted to call and was on hold for 30 minutes before a recording told me to call back later. I tried the live chat and was waiting in their queue. Started at position 7 and after 40 minutes moved to position 4 but then it disconnected and then reconnected and moved me back to position 7! I tried calling back multiple times with the same result, on hold for close to 30 minutes (after being told the wait time was 8 minutes) and then having the call disconnected. I ended up disputing the charge on my credit card. I'm not sure what's going on but after this experience I'll never order from them again. Luckily I went to a local florist who helped me with what I needed (and it was less expensive!). Should have done that in the first place. When we tried to contact customer service with our concerns we were told they weren't doing anything about it and the flowers were fine. We had sunflowers, white daisies, baby's breath, tansy yarrow, and greenery. The sunflowers came 4 days in advance and the others 3 days in advance. Well packaged. Perked up within a few hours. The communication for the company was excellent. We got texts and emails when the flowers were shipped and follow up when they arrived. It's been 8 days now since I received the sunflowers and they are still going strong! Perfect for her wedding day still after the 4 days we had them. I was surprised at some of the lower reviews but maybe it just depends on flower type. Ours were such excellent quality. Would not hesitate to recommend this company. read more

I wish I had seen the more recent reviews of this place because the reviews seemed more positive before. I understand they cannot predict the weather so this review is for the customer service and terrible policies they have in place. Just a bit of context my flowers did not come in until today 2.22.21 (2 days after my wedding) due to storm viola. I received automated texts from fiftyflowers saying my flowers were in a safe location. I spoke to someone in the chat on the day my flowers were supposed to be delivered (if you have a Saturday wedding their recommended delivery date is Wednesday fyi). The online chat person tried to reassure me that they were pushing to have my flowers delivered the next day. I tried to tell that person that still would be too late because I need time to make the bouquets, altar decor, basically all the diy they things they advertise on their website. I also mentioned I ordered my flowers a month in advance and she said the flowers shipped in time for the specified delivery. I went off of their recommended delivery!! And the policy is that they do not refund you because they are not responsible for the weather or conditions the flowers come in. Anyways, I will never recommend this site to ANY of my friends or family. This picture shows how dead my flowers came in today. I also intend on writing a review on multiple platforms to make sure this does not happen to someone on their special day. I used Fifty Flowers for my March wedding in NYC. Their customer service was speedy, friendly, helpful and patient. I spoke to multiple representatives on different occasions leading up to the wedding day, and all were great and consistent in representing the company well. I ordered the tropical centerpieces and they arrived two days before my wedding day on schedule. Fifty Flowers recommends that the order be placed to arrived two days before the day of use to ensure closed flowers open on the day of the event. They opened on time as well. The packaging was great. The flowers were very neatly packed. I was very happy with the condition and look of the centerpieces, they were more beautiful than described by the representative on the phone and remained erect well passed the reception. We ordered 40 sets and since we did a lot of DIY projects for the wedding we were able to arrange the flowers to decorate the church altar, church window sills, the entire reception hall (which was large) and make bouquets for my five bridesmaids. We were even able to leave a box of flowers for guests to take home and make bouquets of their own. The guests gave us so many compliments on the flowers, they really liked them which we were really happy about. They liked how unique the flowers were and how one in particular was so exotic. I still don't know the name of it. lol Thank you Fifty Flowers, you helped our wedding move forward smoothly, and the flowers you sent us were beautiful! read more

I ordered flowers for an event this summer and they were beautiful. They arrived on a Tuesday and Sunday they were still looking good. I ordered their premade bouquets and they were very well done. Would totally recommend. read more
