She gets back on the phone and says hello, so I say hello. Then she starts telling me about my issue and states I don't know she seems kind of wishy washy to me. I respond with this is Paula you know the one that is wishy washy, and she laughs. She then asks me to hold again. She transfers me to Karen. Karen answers the phone hello, and I say hello. She rudely asks what can I do for you? I tell her my issue. I also tell her that she should give proper training to her employees on how to operate a telephone. Especially, if they are going to talk about the customers, and call them names. She doesn't apologize for her employee's behavior. Karen states that she can't assist me with my dispute because she isn't sure what category the reason would be. So basically she doesn't know what box to check. This branch has horrible customers service. I'm not sure what business allows employees to talk about customers in this fashion. I will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere. In regards to my dispute the fact is I didn't receive the item, the item was a fake, and I don't want the item. I'm not sure what is so difficult about issuing a refund. I never had this issue with Bank of America.

Lastly, they will turn your card off despite money being in both accounts, but they won't tell you they did it. God forbid it's on a weekend as you're SOL until Monday bc...you guessed it!! This is the first financial institution that ever held my deposits. My parents set up an Arnie-dillo account for me before I was old enough to remember. As life went on, they promoted the account to young leaders' checking and savings accounts. They set me up on a secured credit card moving money from my young leaders's checking into a secure club account when I was a teenager. The credit card had an available limit of $100 less than what was in the club account to make sure I never got in more trouble than I could pay for. As I proved that I learned how to manage it, they unsecured the card and put the club account money back into the young leaders' checking. My credit score steadily grew and I was able to buy my first house without a co-signature. They also were the first institution that I used to finance a car. Their rates are the best. Too bad I could not use them on any of the development work I've done.

Their statement paperwork is filled with legal jargon (wasting paper) that is hard to wade through. Statements are laid out in the most inconvenient way for balancing a checkbook. Nothing about the branch points to quality or service. I would NOT call their staff friendly or courteous, but rather awkward in their interactions with customers.
