The staff are polite and friendly and there not 1 but 2 handy car parks near by, so if you're driving to pick up your Sunday paper - not a problem!

Everytime I come in here it makes me want to paint all my house an off white colour, as this is the colour of the walls in here and it shows off all the stunning ornaments and pictures so well. I have previously bought little wooden and metal heart decoration to hang on the wall. THe also do a range of the very fashionable retro metal tins, with the writing on the front. I have one for my pegs and one for washing powder. The items are reasonably priced. At the moment they have an absolutely stunning range of Christmas decorations. It took all my willpower to stop buying yet more decorations when I visited the other day. I am sure I will succumb before Christmas though!!

Aside from out experience: This shop is on the interchange retail park in Kempston. It is large and stocks a huge variety of products. At the back of the shop they have the babies r us section which I know not all shops have. I do like how toys r us makes sure they have something for everyone, from DVDs to bikes to keyboards! As a whole, I find toys r us to be expensive compared to other toy shops.

We had been told when we brought it that they did a price promise, but the hassle we had getting them to accept this even with proof was terrible and we have decided never to shop in toys r us again. The staff did not know their products and obviously hadn't been trained properly. The manager was quite rude. In the end they did refund the difference, but only after 1 hour of arguing!
