They are smaller, but I think that's why I like them more. They are attentive, availability is reasonable! I've sat in the chair and watched them efficiently take care of everyone that came in. I absolutely love how friendly and attentive all the technicians are. They will carry conversation with a smile the entire time and make you laugh even. She took the time to explain to me how their spray tans work, from light to medium to dark. You an also add an accelerator or scent or even extra bronze! She showed me how the machine works since I was a little bit nervous to repeat a Ross Galler situation (if you don't get that reference, I can't help you) and talk to me through using the hairnet and I really liked how they had temporary shoes peel off a couple tabs and they stick right to the bottom of your foot so you don't have to experience any ick! The machine wanted itself so you weren't freezing, and had built-in drying. I have to say the machine made a couple noises probably an older machine, but I'm excited to see if it did the trick. I will certainly be returning and try the medium since I opted for the late and didn't want to overdo it on my first try.

Even though I only needed one, I purchased them both right then and booked the first one for a week later to just try it out. Snow storm came and I cancelled and booked for the following week. When I arrived today, the girl told me that the special had to be used within 2 weeks of purchase, and my time was up. I was never told this at all!!! The girl who I bought it from knew I was going on vacation in 4 weeks, and even told me that I would have to call and book closer to that date. She called the manager and they let me have today's tan, but not the other which is for vacation. I will never go back there again. They need to train these girls better on informing customers of their policies.

So basically because she didn't want to do extra work or get out of work later than 5pm that I get to leave an unhappy costumer and go on my vacation to myrtle beach tomorrow morning before they even open super pale!! (which I'm not sure when spray tans take 20+ mins per person all of a sudden anyways). Very disappointing that it seems costumer service is not a thing for some people now a days. Not to mention every time I see this young lady working she's constantly on her cell phone. ALSO about a month and a half ago with the same girl at the front desk, I went tanning in the first booth on the left (high pressure bed) I had the door opened up on me and it was wide open the entire time I was tanning....they tried to tell me that I didn't lock the door or close the door all the way and that's why both doors were wide open for everyone to look in at me while tanning. Well now every time I go tanning here I take a video of me locking the door and making sure it's completely closed so they couldn't tell me otherwise next this happens.
