It seems as though the owner is hiding behind his employees and does not want to hear about service complaints. Quite embarrassing if you ask me. Can't even imagine not getting back to my customers more than a day later. My tub currently has no side panel which is exposed to rodents and Weather. Once again... I'll take it up on myself to clean it up I rarely rarely write bad reviews... I'll always give the business a benefit of the doubt. But in this case, these guys are just bad to deal with. In a time where there is almost no customer service or care/concern for the customer, Waterworld, from the friendly faces you see every day getting water samples or buying chemicals for your hot tubs and pools to installers and all the way to the ownership (which have always been willing to get involved with anything required) and let's not forget sale, it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with all of them and continue to purchase chemicals, have pool openings and closings and God forbid when something requires repair or replacement, they have ALL gone above and far beyond what can be expected of any business. Especially when it seems like most businesses cannot be bothered to correct an issue or simply assist a customer with a concern or need. So I give Waterworld 10 stars out of 5. Extremely friendly, more than happy to assist with any need or request and the ownership has always been willing to get involved when required or requested.
