If you remind yourself the pool is mainly for the kids, then it helps the sting of getting to the pool and having no lap lanes available. Having lived in multiple states and having swum at many pools, always having a set number of lanes open to the public is one way to get around that. But they try very hard to be accommodating. To the reviewers of the front desk: Monica and the rest of the staff are actually very nice. My first 1-2 visits were cordial, but after just a few visits you'll realize they are very nice and caring. Plus everyone has a bad day. The pool manager and lifeguards are also very kind. To the mother who's kids were cold: the pool is kept in the low 80's. I used to teach swim lessons and many children shiver. So they just must keep moving. A pool warmer than the low 80's is too hot for competitive swimming, which is what this pool is designed for. You might search out a pool that works with folks with medical problems or a pool designed only for giving lessons. Those pools are kept around 90 degrees. It's also a myth that you can catch a cold from being cold. So most likely your kids were already sick when they got to the pool.

They ignored every text and voicemail I left for 2 weeks. Now my son's appt with the DPS that we waited 2 months for has to be rescheduled! The next appt is nearly 3 months out, so now my son will not get his license for another 3 months! One of their drivers has the kids stop for his personal errands, and gives zero instructions to the students! They do have one really good driving instructor, but requesting him is a flip of the coin. After ignoring my request for two weeks, they responded with their instructor retired with no notice. We are on our own! Had they told me immediately maybe I could have made alternative plans, but instead they ignored me for 2 weeks! They did not even apologize as you can see from the screens shots I provided. They were so very nice until they had my money! I thought for sure the negative reviews were just old... they are not! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and leaving this review on every review site I can find to warn other parents. ALLIANCE DRIVING SCHOOL DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR KIDS, ONLY ABOUT YOUR MONEY! My daughter's pretty shy and it seemed like it's a pretty strict place but she loves it. Ms. Stacey is pretty popular and my daughter was the last one in her class. I see the difference in my daughter once she started this class. This place gives each dancer the skills to become not only great dancers but to be confident in themselves. Its only been a couple months but I hope my daughter continues to have great experiences here!

Rating is for the outdoor pool only. Keller point has several outdoor play areas but you'll have to…read morebe strategic of when you enter and the ages you are trying to entertain. Fridays 10-12pm is currently the toddler ( kids under 5) time and it's nice they keep all the waterworks off so kids can play and parents can see/hear easily. Toddler time is best for the littles, 1-3 year range, my near 5 year old has outgrown the small slide and "baby" area. There are two large slides that open during regular hours but the height requirement is 48" which kids tend to hit between 6-8 yrs old. For us, since my kid is about 5 there wasn't much more than swimming here to do but the lazy River and splash pad. We stayed about 2 hours. There is a good amount of shade on site, an aid station and bathrooms. Until my kiddo is tall enough for the slides there isn't a draw to return. The toddler hours are $10 per family, great price especially for large families, for me I'm paying $5 per person where a family of 4 or more is paying half that per person. Would be nice to equalized the payments to (example) $2 per kid rate to make pricing fair. I like the fenced in area with single entry and exit point. Overall nice place to spend a couple hours once in a while, you can bring a cooler and make a day of it, will return after a growth spurt- or two.

Aceable got the paperwork slightly wrong, and Community Driving School worked diligently to help us get everything sorted out so our daughter could get her test taken and have the correct paperwork at the DMV. Howi was the young lady behind the desk who was so kind and patient. Mackenzie was the expert on how everything should look and be properly filled out, and Ahmed was the one who administered the driving test and insisted our daughter's appointment get squeezed in because she missed her appointment time while we sorted the paperwork out. Class act- the whole group. We were so grateful for ALL of them!!

The lesson that day was on drinking and driving. Instead of telling them they are not old enough to drink and they shouldn't that we're teaching them to be cautious and to drink in moderation! THEY ARE 15 and 16YEARS OLD! You teach them absolutely under no circumstances do you ingest alcohol! Not to mention the teacher spent the first 10-15 minutes of her class playing an online game that everyone was watching! Waste of money!
