Recently I selected Dr. Pham for Surgery to repair and improve my breathing, and the surgery was as success beyond all expectations. I was examened and released with instructions to see my primary physician for a follow up. My primary doctor was not available and I was seen by Melonie Santiago , P. A. at the Outpatient Center. P. A. Santiago was very patient and listened to all of my concerns and addressed each one in great detail. She made a couple of referrals to specialists for follow through visits to ensure that my health concerns were being monitored by doctors who specialized in the treatment for the medical issues that were of concern to me. P. A. Santiago Put me at ease with her demeanor, smile , tone and empathy all while maintaining a sense of professional decorum. I was super anxious prior to my visit after experiencing some odd symptoms that I had never experienced before. P. A. Santiago LISTENED to me and my concerns , unlike some of the other medical "professionals" with whom I have been interacting recently. Kudos to P. A. Santiago !! I felt so relieved after my visit with her and realized that I had spent 50 minutes with her in her office. I was so appreciative of her spending so much time with me allowing me to voice my concerns and of her understanding and explaining everything to me to my satisfaction. Also thankful that P. A. Santiago provided me with the 2 referrals to specialists who can continue providing me with the patient care necessary at this time. In my endeavor to cope with my anxiety I forgot to take photos. Got a call from my doctor to see if I had had the X-ray, which of course, I had not. I called Surfside to see if I could get one at 3:45PM thinking they closed at 4:00P.M. Of course, the number I called was not for scheduling, bur the young lady gave me the correct number, then transferred me. Boy, was I glad that she said that the closed at 5:30PM. This location on Cleveland is completely different from others. It's much more relaxed. The staff is much more friendlier and just it's a pleasure to walk in there and see everybody. The bad news he's going to be retiring next year, but I'm sure Angel and the staff will put me in good hands. But overall, I would definitely recommend this location. They respond quickly when you have a question, if you need a prescription it's done immediately. There is no 3-4 day wait time to get information.

We interviewed other concierge practices in the Lee/Collier vicinity and it was apparent in the 1st meeting that we were a perfect fit. We couldn't be more pleased with his exceptional, professional and thorough care. While we are very healthy 69 and 70 yr. olds, unexpected things occur. As exceedingly careful as we have been throughout this pandemic, we were exposed to and contracted Covid-19. When my condition deteriorated to a very concerning level, my husband called Dr. Tritel who immediately responded and intervened. He assessed the conditions my husband was explaining over the phone, and calmly and with absolute conviction advised my husband to call 9-1-1 to get me to the hospital immediately. I was admitted, diagnosed with double pneumonia and with Dr. Tritel's intervention and constant communication with the hospital and my husband, received the utmost care and the Remdesivir treatment and Convalescent Plasma through the clinical trial in place between the hospital and the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Tritel was pro-active in seeking these treatments on my behalf. We are 100 percent convinced this would not have occurred without Dr. Tritel. While he will not take credit for saving my life, I am stating for you in this review that is very much the case. We were beyond pleased with our relationship with Dr. Tritel prior to this life changing experience; we are now beyond grateful to Him for his dedication to his patients and our care. Also, my way of handling my feet was totally awful, said he. I was shocked. He did painfully cut my bad toenailed, even yanking out attached skin. Visit Two was a bit calmer. Visit Three was the dealbreaker. I was berated. In my defense I suffered a broken femur so was unable to get in until my final, horrible appointment. I have SLE, am a 79 yr widow of 16 years who lives alone. Something is wrong with this person.
