I had my very first visit with Suncco Salon. Let's just say that I was not happy. I went in for a Manicure and Pedicure. After she did my pedicure and painted my toes, I had to let her know that the polish was lifting off of my toes, and she says it's ok. (It's not ok I'm paying for this). Then she does my manicure and paints my nails. Needless to say my nails looked as if a 3 year old painted them. She had polish on my skin, my nails were bubbly. Nails were only done for 8 days, they were chipped, and polish had come off one of my nails. I paid $95 for my services, and I didn't get that much worth of service. She did a $5 job. I had asked before she had even started with my pedicure I had asked for a design to be placed and she didn't even acknowledge what I wanted. She totally ignored. Let's just say I was not happy at all with this service. I had to go somewhere else to get my nails and toes redone. And put out my more. And I WILL NOT RETURN THERE, EVER! And that picture there is not my nails. I sent them an email with pictures of my nails, and they never bothered to reach out to me. read more

Have only been here twice, both for prom nails, and both times have gotten basic polish. Last years turned out ok, as I only got my nails, but this time I had the hardest time with smudging. though they had dried for awhile, they slid around everywhere, even after fixing them. The employees are nice but for the price of normal mani pedi i think you can find better places that will actually stay on and not remove when you take off your sock! read more

They just did some renovations here which gave them more chairs for pedicures. They also now have a way to check in with a computer instead of signing in on paper. I don't think they hired any more people though. So you could still wait quite some time to be seen. But as long as my feet are soaking in water I'm good. read more

Absolutely love this salon. They are my go-to place. Their tanning beds and rooms are clean and relaxing, and the pedicures are to die for! I love getting my nails as well. PS) Ask for Julie or John. The woman who I had did a terrible job on my nails. I got them done Friday and they already came off and today is Tuesday. The nail polish was everywhere and they were all uneven. What a waste of $30. I would have went back but I was on a time limit and was gonna all weekend. read more

I have gone to this salon many of times before and had a pretty decent job done. But more recently they have done my nails poorly. I had gone in for a regular nail painting and mind you i had already cut my nails like a day or two before, so they were pretty short. The lady begins to cut them as short as possible and then takes a used nail file and files them even shorter and she ends up A. hurting me bc she is filing them WAY to short and B. cuts the side of my finger. She also used a drill on my nails just for a regular paint which i didn't understand nor like. So about a month ago i went and got acrylics and they where ok, not bad but not great. I had the same lady that cut me with the nail file again. I sit down and pick out my color and the table is filthy, nail dust EVERYWHERE! she does the normal acrylic stuff but she uses like a thin drill head and goes under my cuticles with it and that hurt, and then drills them a lot more. I leave and it's been about a month since and i have taken off pretty much all my nails but on my left ring finger the nail is stuck on l, i have tried peeling, soaking, cutting, EVERYTHING and it will not come off. it actually hurts a little bit. Service was horrible. Had mani pedi young woman busy looking out window from chair constantly. Asked her if something wrong said she was waiting on her new car. She ended up cutting my great toe said it was my fault because I wasn't holding my foot right. She barely massaged foot/leg ,she went to get stones and she obviously dropped them and her coworker asked her if she dropped something she denied it. When time for manicure she had another woman do it, saying she had to wait for her new car, and another customer came in and she took that person and passed me off to someone else. Rude beyond belief and it was suppose to be relaxing. I am not one to cause a scene so I left , the etiquette amount for tip since another coworker assisted me. read more

worst pedi EVER he took polish off filed a little put the scrub on my calves and drained the tub. asked if he was going to do the calluses he did manage to get the grater thing and did the heels some but there was no pumice of course because he had already drained the water. Put some lotion on and then was polishing, I did protest but of course they didn't care. Then had NERVE to charge me FULL price for barely half a pedicure. NEVER AGAIN. Beware of ripoff read more
