The nail tech was talking bad about my previous manicure the whole time, ruining the spa vibe. He took my other set off with the tip of an acrylic nail which was very painful. He took my cuticles off with a sanding bit and nicked into my skin cutting me, said sorry but continued being rough on the other hand anyway. And then to finish it off- no cuticle oil, lotion, or anything. They cut my cuticles so bad I was bleeding for days after.. right before an event. And they charged me a different price than what we previously agreed on. Girl, don't waste your time or money.

Then she does my manicure and paints my nails. Needless to say my nails looked as if a 3 year old painted them. She had polish on my skin, my nails were bubbly. Nails were only done for 8 days, they were chipped, and polish had come off one of my nails. I paid $95 for my services, and I didn't get that much worth of service. She did a $5 job. I had asked before she had even started with my pedicure I had asked for a design to be placed and she didn't even acknowledge what I wanted. She totally ignored. Let's just say I was not happy at all with this service. I had to go somewhere else to get my nails and toes redone. And put out my more. And I WILL NOT RETURN THERE, EVER! And that picture there is not my nails. I sent them an email with pictures of my nails, and they never bothered to reach out to me.

However I got an infection last year after the technician working on my feet jabbed/stabbed me with some kind of tool, which spread to my kidneys & caused me some pain & expense. Still I went back there a few more times, due to their proximity. Had an appointment last week, booked the previous week. When I got there, they insisted on performing a skin-temperature reading as soon as I arrived. Of course it was elevated--had just been in my hot car. It's summer. I asked them to wait a few minutes & give me another testing. As an RN, I know the ins & outs & unreliability of skin temps. Anyway, they did the second test less than one minute later, said my temp was still elevated & refused to serve me. Since that day, they have been closed. So I have to think that some of their employees came down with COVID. & no I won't be going back to them, not for a while anyway; maybe after this crisis passes, if they're still in business then.
