If I could give this place negative stars I would! The way y'all did my sister was DIRTY. Claiming her nails were too short for a design. If you don't have your license to do nails then just say that...? Anyways. Upon arrival and being seated, my sister (who is a fucking sweetheart and doesn't like upsetting people) asked for the swirl done as the photo (reference 1st photo, ie. Pinterest) she was denied and was told her nails are too short. That's a horrible excuse and if she's gonna pay for them then do what she wants to have done! Then she went ahead and found another photo for reference ( 2nd posted photo, ie. Pinterest) so she could get the colors she wanted and I guess that wasn't possible either..? Now taking appointments only! Yay! Went back after a long time because i didn't like the wait (before appointments) here so I went to a different salon and they did a mediocre job for lots of money. Then I came back to Pro nails and am so glad I did. Stephanie is wonderful and did a beautiful job on my pedicure. I went on a beach vacation and It lasted in the sand and saltwater as well as going barefoot a lot. Then my toes continued looking good for a long time and I had regular polish - not gel. Stephanie got rid of my nasty callouses, applied the color perfectly and massaged my legs so well I felt like I went to a spa. We talked a bit and she's really nice. She seems to be very friendly with all of the customers! I highly recommend Pro Nails and Stephanie! read more

Got here early on a Saturday and was happy with service. Pedicure and manicure for 40 dollars. The hand rub was fantastic. Pedicure was good, massage chairs always make me smile. Hot towel at the end and a quick massage. By the time I was done they had a wait so I am sure she was trying to save time to make sure no one left while waiting to get started. I understand. I liked that it was clean, no big pikes of dust on everything. They have one large tv to watch in pedicure area. Nothing to watch while you get hands done. Everyone was friendly and I didn't feel like I had to have a conversation with anyone. I just like to have quiet. I would certainly come back. read more

Best massage chairs I've ever sat in! Not to mention, a good pedicure for $25. Overall, the pedi was about 30mins which is prob average. I've only gone once so, I can't say for sure about consistency but I'll def be going back soon! *also went at 415pm on a Monday and it wasn't busy at all. They don't take appointments! read more

I was very disappointed. I was in Milford and needed to get my nails done before going away. I tried to get into a few places but they were all booked. Last who did my nails and feet was not very friendly. She swapped colors pretending to put together a matching set of gel and regular polish and after getting outside I realized they didn't match. I stated they weren't the same which is when they guy started to tell her something in their language which is when she took two different bottles and brought them over. She said it's what was on my feet but it totally wasn't. Due to the lighting I didn't notice till I left. Gel mani lasted less than a week. Very disappointed. read more

Had an awesome manicure done at pro nails. Wish I lived in Delaware I would go back every time I needed my nails done. Tommy did an amazing job. Hopefully I can find someone in Florida who can do this good of a job. read more

Had to wait about 45 minutes to even be seen. They do actually have gelish UV nail polish, which I've been searching for...but after paying $39 for what is supposed to last 3-4 weeks, mine peeled after 4 days--the sure sign of a nail tech who is incompetent. Furthermore, he did not notice little details about my nails that my regular nail tech would have seen and corrected. Don't bother wasting your money here. read more
