However, if a business really stands out in a positive wat or really does me wrong then I feel it a most to let people know my experience on Yelp and other social media. Lisa Caprelli and the Go Glossy team are incredible at not only being creative in creating websites, but also in writing and planning each website page. The last time I went to a website designer the whole process took forever and I never used them again - unlike Lisa and her team. I recommend them also for LinkedIn training; branding and video (creating messages and turning them into whiteboard or digital stories, for those who do not know what a video can do these days!) Heck, I thought I was pretty well in the know about running a business. However now, thanks to Lisa and her crew, I've learn I really need to utilize social media more. Great people. It's now December 6 and I have not received the product I ordered. I have not even received confirmation of shipping. All I have is a purchase confirmation email and a credit card charge. I live about 30 miles away from the company so the shipping cost is outrageous. I have called to inquire about my order and left two messages for two different people. What a dud.

I hate writing these reviews but I feel based on the experience we've gotten I need to. A few…read moremonths back this company emailed us asking for product for an event they were running. (I'm VP of a women's footwear brand based in LA). After doing some research and figuring out this wasn't a scam we sent product along. This was after a lot of back and forth and lack of communication. We bit the bullet and proceeded anyway. Weeks later we asked for content, mentions or an update and heard nothing. Weeks after that and after a lot of pursuing, we receive an email that the event was cancelled and we'd be getting the product back. Here's the thing, working in marketing I know things come up and stuff happens, I get that. The whole process from start to finish was handled so unprofessionally I could not help but write this review. I don't work for a small mom and pop brand, but I respect any size business small or large trying to hustle and make a living. I wish I could say my experience was great but i'd never work with this company ever again.

I just purchased an iPad Pro, and of course, to protect your investment, has to come a protective sleeve.. However, as my name cannot be written on the expensive iPad Pro anywhere, I need to somehow label this sleeve as I will bring it to communal events where I don't want to misplace it. Enter Coaches Choice embroidery... Cody was nice enough to welcome me into the store and let me choose a font. I chose Helvetica. He suggested I use grey stitching to keep it looking new in case I get stains. Granted, this is a unique item to be stitched upon; the machine was able to only correctly stitch the center first name, "Alvin." I wanted my full last name but it ran into problems after the "H." Furthermore, it was not the grey stitching but the white. Not a big deal I figured as it's already too late. However, even after fixing the H with the period after to represent my last initial, it looked really asymmetrical and unnatural. Next comes the saving grace. I was able to come back and get the H. removed so it looks clean. The owner there was able to do it for me in 2 minutes. I was so surprised at her quickness. Overall, the stitching looked really clean and professional, granted it was not my full name but also, not grey. However, I am very happy with the result!
