AND...She seemed impatient with my questions to attempt to narrow it down. After some awkward exchanges of door features and budget, she said she would email me my quote, which I received the next morning still unsure if this was the most economical and best option....Oh...I have to separately call a second salesperson who was not available to get a quote on hardware, she only quotes doors. He has little man syndrome and doesn't like to deal with women! He first said that if you're not planning on buying our truss package, don't waste my time quoting it. I wouldn't be calling for a quote if I didn't plan on purchasing the packages. We met with David and another gentleman (can't remember his name - very Nice guy). When we arrived for our appointment, a sales rep sat in his cubical, and David Kiefer stood there talking to him. Never once did David say can I help you. The other sales rep he was talking to kept saying that someone was there for an appointment. He kept going about his personal life for at least 10 minutes before acknowledging we were there. We picked out our interior and exterior doors and sent him a picture of a garage door I had chosen. The quote I received was not for the garage door we picked. I asked him if he could correct the selection for the door we picked out. He then acted like an idiot and emailed me that he was never given a picture. I called him immediately and told him that I showed him a photo from my phone and that my husband and RBS's other salesperson were standing there when I showed it. He then replied oh yea, I remember you showing me a picture, but I didn't have it written down. He is very quick to say how busy he is and how he doesn't have time to quote material but the way I see it, he should quit talking to other co-workers about personal things on the job and start working. My husband & I own a Construction Company, and we would never allow an employee or ourselves to treat a customer like he did. This an excellent way for Raymond's Lumber to lose business due to them having an Arrogant, possibly racist employee (to women). I even called and asked if I could be assigned to another sales rep and was told that they could not give me to someone else since David was the initial person I was assigned to. This is what I call a poorly run business.

I really hate sharing bad reviews…read more This place makes all kinds of plastic products. Furniture display cases, boat shields. Last year the business has changed ownership in fact it's not the first time. The place is in a transition. I've ordered from Eric twice for a few boats. The first time was a very good experience the second wasn't so stellar. So if I were to rate this on my last experience it leaves much room for improvement. The shield came polished and well made. The holes were not pre drilled per original not sure why but ok. The mounting grommets were no longer included for some odd reason. And I did go back to ask for the install parts. Frank the new owner was out and his son seemed confused and stuck on the thought I was complaining about getting my windshield made again. I asked for the missing parts and they only had 2-3 rubber grommets left. He recommended going to the marine trading post down the street for install parts that they ran out of. The former owner Eric B Usually includes the grommets in a bag so you can install the new windshield safely and prevents vibration and cracking. Strike 2 the product was late According to Frank the project was sitting. 2 months he did tell me it would be done next week. Strike 3 The phone usually goes to voice mail without call back. Go in person if you have any questions. I recommend ordering your jobs early and don't expect them to be fast. This new owner Frank similar to the current administration, wants to blame the previous owner and not take responsibility even though they Frank/ and his long term assistant Antonio accepted my credit card for the job that was ordered 2 months early. My windshield cost 375 plus taxes made it 400. They offered to email the receipt. And that never came. I try to support local and hope to have better service. But this type of service will force me to shop elsewhere in the future. I wish anyone luck if they choose one stop plastic shop because. Greeted by David upon arrival, he took the time to let me walk him through my thoughts and design. David was willing to take on the project even though it was not anything they ever had attempted, definitely not the typical type of request. What would come of the artistry of David was impeccable, not only was it my design brought to life, it was even better. The trouble shooting with David was also so helpful when my brain would realize something had to be tweaked in order for my setup to work everything had to be just right. David continually rose to every aspect of sometimes confusing requests and made the "turtle condo" better than ever. David and Thomas are exceptional in their artistry and skills. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. Communication is excellent, they will take the time to listen and work with you, service is impeccable and I must add that I needed the project quickly as I was leaving town & David had it done. Highly recommend David and Thomas at One Stop Plastics for any plastic projects you can imagine. I will definitely be using them for any future projects I may think up.
