We have moved 16 times using professional movers. A-team was by far the best. The best way to know if you have good movers is when they arrive exactly when you expect them. Movers that are on time are an exception! Chauncey kept us informed all along the way. We moved across state. They packed us in NW Montana and delivered our belongings just south of Billings with no hiccups. Not everything arrived perfectly in tact. Accidents happen. These were insignificant and Chauncey made us aware before we could even discover it. The other companies never owned up to a mistake. He respected our relationship as well as our furnishings. I have one recommendation. My husband and I are older and definitely can't move things around like we used to. It would have been better for us to have more small boxes rather than fewer large boxes. He asked to see my phone and brought up the Mobile Link App to see the Generator, said that I had 10 yr warranty on parts labor and travel so I could scglhedule a service that would be covered under warranty. He also stated that there were two known issues with generac on wifi connections, one being faulty wifi card and the other was fixed with a firmware update. when the service tech arrived he was unable to connect to my wifi. the card would not even try. He unplugged the card waiting 5 min then plugged it back in, in other words did a hard reset. then the card attempted and after two attempts connected to the internet. when the tech connected Mobile Link and explained this and requested a warranty replacement, Generac denied to cover the card saying it connected its not bad. I was told to contact Mobile link as a customer and the representative I spoke to had an issue with having to reboot the card and said she could mail me out a new card, but she could not override the previous persons decision to not warranty the card so I would have to install it myself or pay to have it installed. the next day I recieved a bill from Rocky Mountain Power Systems for $509.00, for a service call that they said would be covered under my warranty. they didn't say might be covered, they said would be covered. that is bad business ethics and they take advantage of their customers. I wish I could leave a better review, but at the present time I cannot. I called the office and voiced my concerns and was told they would past my concern to the appropriate people, someone will be getting back to you. No one has gotten back to me and nothing has been corrected, they do still send me a bill.

Two fine young men, Mike and Robert did the install and were very professional, prompt (actually they arrived a 1/2 hour early), and polite. Our ground has a ton of rocks and yet Mike did not complain. They explained the process on how the unit operates and were very capable and considerate. Glacier installed a complete home generator back up system with transfer switch. The transfer…read moreswitch starts an electrical fire within its metal box every time there is a low voltage situation (brown out). Their solution is to charge me $1000 to replace the transfer switch with the same system every time this happens. Their "senior" tech's response is " I have never seen this before". A simple internet search reveals that in installations where there are frequent brown outs special precautions need to be taken. Do not use Glacier for generator purchase and installation. They are obviously incompetent and unqualified unless it is a very standard installation. They are in no hurry to admit and fix their mistake even though it could potentially burn down my house.
