The next day, they began sending messages for payment when I was trying to find out from the contractor who arranged for their service why the invoice was so much higher than the cost I was quoted. Then on a Sunday morning, this crane operator called me demanding payment which I had already mailed once I received clarification on the invoice. It had barely been 48 hours since the work was performed. I wouldn't work with this company again.

Response time, scheduling, and customer service were outstanding, specifically calling out Cesar, Delia, and Dart. Otherwise it was a flawless experience and I'm so glad Servpro did such a spectacular job!

I had a nasty unattended/bio hazard cleanup to deal with and everyone was so kind and supportive and proactively professional. The technicians were extremely professional - showing up on time, figuring out just what was needed and helping to make sure we were squared away on day one and staying with us for the next 2 days to make sure the issue was completely handled. They made a horrible situation better in everyway and I am eternally thankful.

I have never dealt with anything of this nature before . Turned to yelp called a plumber . ( should have called King's at that moment , however I didn't know) Plumber cleared clog , couple days later hour house started to smell. Come to find out the water was black water and worked into walls and carpet. Went back to help and Kings had good reviews . We called them. With-in a hour they were at our house . Juan was our original tech, ran test and determined that we did still have moisture in walls. Advised we needed to vacate house . Our insurance moved us into a hotel. Next day I met with Jared . Who explained the process. Let me be clear , when things are bad they are going to get worse before they get better. Jared explained they were going to have to cut our some drywall. Move cabinets . Run test. Ended up having to remove some tile and our shower too. Cause nasty water went everywhere . I was concerned what our insurance would or would not cover . So I asked Kings to please communicate with my insurance to make sure I would not get stuck with a bill for anything not covered . Terri and Jared were awesome they communicated the entire time. It's amazing that's company comes in and rips your house apart and you happy while they do it. After they were complete with there part , other contractors were brought in to put house back together again. What a process , hope I never have to do it again . However if it happens I know who my first call will be! Thanks again Kings!

When I completed the construction of a new home this year, I decided to hire Bruce even though there as no sale transaction happening. I thought another set of eyes on the property would catch a few things that I did not. Bruce found many minor items and a few ones of significance, including blocked condensate lines on the HVAC system. His inspection prevented water damage that would have been expensive to repair. I am very happy with Bruce's service and professionalism and would absolutely hire him in the future. He is very passionate and informed about his craft.

Yikes! Sometimes things are not better over the Rainbow!…read more I made an appointment back on Saturday to have three rooms in a two bedroom condo cleaned this morning (Tuesday) at 9:00. Someone called yesterday to confirm. I thought all was well. At 9:30 this morning, no show... I called and Amy told me the technician was not available until 12:00 noon because of babysitting issues. She said she told me yesterday. Well, if they had 18 hours notice, why couldn't they make other arrangements for appointments today? Bonnie, my tech, called saying he was running late. He showed at 12:45. He took one look around and quoted me $199. He said the carpets were excessively dirty. My jaw dropped. I called Albert, senior technician and after a contentious discussion, he lowered the rate to $149. Bonnie began working only to have his cleaner break half way across the first bedroom. While talking on the phone, he worked on two different mechanisms, to no avail. At 3:00 he said he was running to the hardware store to make the repair and would be right back at 3:30 or 4:00. He returned at 4:20. In just TWENTY MINUTES, he went flying through the two other rooms and was done. "Due to my inconvenience," he was "throwing in some scotch guard, but don't tell the boss." I have no idea if he actually included that or not. He also lowered the rate to $120. On his way out, he attempted to apologize by saying "stuff happens." I asked how long it would take for the carpets to dry. He replied 3-4 hours. The website indicates 1-2 hours, which is correct. I was quoted $199 for three rooms of carpet. The website has a three room special for $119 right now. Don't get me wrong. I am my HUGE fan of the chem dry process. I worked as a chem dry carpet and upholstery cleaner for a year. It works! I should say, it works when done correctly and not when you fly across the carpet in one quick sweep. Skip over this Rainbow and find a different chem dry company that has their act together.
