This past week, we had a much larger job than our normal dump trucks could handle so I call Ewles to inquire about delivery. From the time I started the ordering process to the time their last truck left our job, there was nothing they could have done better. Thank you Kevin and the rest of the Ewles team.

Waited about 15 minutes before "Carlos" took my receipt to retrieve my metal. I was standing there before several other customers arrived with their receipts. They handed their receipts to other dudes, but not to Carlos Well, those dudes all came and went with their purchases while I still waited. I asked Carlos how long it would take, he said he had to get the metal from the back area because they didn't have any up front. He then proceeded to cut metal (not mine) on the saw there. After waiting 45 minutes and still no metal, I asked Carlos for my receipt back and went back inside for refund. A manager asked what the issue was, he checked the product and time on the receipt and then said he'd handle it. He went out to the yard, said some stuff on his radio and within 5 minutes, he came back with my metal and apologized for the wait and poor service from Carlos. Time is money and Carlos could care less. Anyhow, quite annoying but glad I found the manager and he solved the issue.

Free Compost and Mulch Now Available in Brea at Valencia Greenery! How to Get Your Free Compost & Mulch To get started, please make sure to make an appointment before heading to the site. This ensures a smooth and well-organized process for all visitors. We recommend scheduling your appointment well in advance, and please be aware that you must exit the site by 4 p.m. So, plan your visit accordingly and give yourself enough time to fill your containers before the 4 p.m. deadline. When you arrive, remember to bring a container for your compost and mulch, as well as a shovel to help you load it. Don't forget to secure your compost in your vehicle--using a tarp or some kind of cover will keep it from spilling during transit, ensuring you can safely get home with your gardening treasure. We also ask that you keep an adequate distance between your car and the truck in front of you while driving to the site. This will help maintain safety for everyone.
