TERRIBLE. I brought a Dewalt pressure washer here for a blown motor. This washer was under…read morewarranty. They told me it would be $20 just to look at it. Unfortunately, I reluctantly paid the ransom and left my washer with them. A couple weeks later I get a call to pick it up. They said the motor was blown and they could not get a replacement and that Dewalt had no idea when or even if they would ever get replacement motors. They recommended that I just purchase another washer. :( I contacted Dewalt and explained my situation. Dewalt sent me a shipping label, replaced the motor and shipped the washer back. All under warranty. 5 stars to Dewalt. Seek other alternatives before you bring your stuff here. Never again for me.

The staff there were very nice and helpful. The truck was brought out front immediately but we had to wait for them to get the receiver and ball. The thing we had to tow was huge. We hooked it up and the truck sagged so much that it was going to scrape every thing on Bayshore where we were going to. So we called and asked if they had an offset ball mount that would raise the height of the tow ball. They quoted us an extra $150(I forget exactly how much) for this piece of metal. That's crazy! We could have bought one for $20, which we did at Kragen. Hertz is cool for equipment like power washers, forklifts, and jackhammers especially if you're keeping it for a week. They even deliver the equipment for a nominal fee if you want. But they bend you over and don't give you the reach around for small stuff like a ball mount. Get your balls mounted elsewhere.
