This is a group of kind, knowledgeable professionals I have trusted for years with my dental…read morehealth. From basic dentistry to implants, Dr. Reilly has transformed my mouth and I wouldn't have the results I do today without this team. There was so much I just didn't know about all-on-four implants. Like how Nobel is the original maker, and how the Nobel company has mandatory training. Or how it's not just implants, but possible bone grafts, sinus lifts, or extractions. I was determined to make these implants a reality from the moment Dr. Reilly sat me down and explained the process. He made it seem possible, and a few short years later, I had them. The thing most people don't know about all-on-four implants is the aesthetic skill required by the dentist, not just the knowledge. I would see advertising for overseas all on four implants at literally half the price, and I decided to thoroughly research it. What I found was those slashed prices included nothing other than the implants; all other dental work that may be required was charged additionally, including extractions, possible bone grafts, or sinus lifts, etc. also hotel expenses and/or return airfare and other ad hoc charges that may be applied. Most importantly, though, was the skill of the dentist. The States have rigorous educational requirements not always met in different countries. Anything can happen that the dentist must be prepared for, and, when dealing with a permanent solution to dental difficulties you want a dental team of perfectionists like Dr. Reilly and Dr. Dorfman. Best decision I ever made and I literally could not be happier. It is a life changing difference and I am forever grateful to this incredible team!

Now that a week has passed and I'm over some physical and mental trauma, I'm ready to relate my…read morestory! Last week Dr. Molesphini extracted one of my teeth as part of the initial stage for implant or bridge installation (tbd a few months from now). The extraction itself went fine - quick and painless. However, before and during the procedure I was suffering from (unrelated) digestive distress, and throughout, I was literally jumping out of the seat every ten minutes or so to take care of what I needed to, there in the exam room. This turned into rather a mortifying experience for me. But throughout the entire time, Dr. M. as well as his assistant were fabulous. Patient, compassionate, and kind. I wanted to go through with the procedure though Dr. M. repeatedly (and wisely) asked me throughout if I wanted to continue. Kudos to him and his assistant that evening for turning a very difficult and embarrassing situation for me into one that was professionally and gracefully handled. I so much appreciate this. In 25 years of seeing both Dr. Molesphini and Dr. Chustckie, as well as many years seeing Debbie S. for my cleanings, I have been extremely pleased with their work and my outcomes. I couldn't recommend this practice highly enough.

I went to The Smilist Dental - Somerset (97 Cedar Grove Lane, Somerset, NJ 08873) after my wife…read morecompleted her Invisalign treatment with no issues. Since we share the same insurance and I was told my out of pocket cost would be no more than $100, I trusted this office and started my treatment with Dr. Elisa Marants, supervised by Dr. Jeffrey Chustckie. What happened next was absolutely unacceptable. After a few months, I discovered that my insurance had stopped paying because the office closed my Invisalign case after only 5 months, even though my treatment was clearly not finished. My case involved one single tooth, and there was no clinical justification for ending the treatment early. My insurance confirmed that they would resume payments if the provider simply reopened the case. Instead, the office refused to do it. To make things worse, when I called to ask for clarification, the staff told me: "We will call you back after speaking with Dr. Marants." They never called. Not once. No follow up, no explanation, no accountability. I reached out again, and the response was the same: no responsibility, no willingness to fix their own mistake, and absolutely no concern for the patient. Because they closed the case prematurely, my insurance paid only about $1,500, and I was left with an incomplete treatment and a financial situation that I never agreed to. This entire experience has been: * Unprofessional * Irresponsible * Poorly managed * Completely lacking in patient care and ethics I strongly warn anyone considering Invisalign or any dental treatment here: Avoid this office. Their lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism caused me unnecessary stress, financial damage, and an unfinished treatment.

Service hasn't degraded one bit! I've been mainly supported by Dr. Dhaliwhal but know of Dr. Gil for one visit I had in the past when Dr. D was out on vaca. They are both awesome AND Kristen, the front desk assistant is a pleasure to deal with. I've had fillings, cleanings, and x-rays done at this place and they get you in, do the work in a timely manner, and also make you feel comfortable the whole time. Good dentistry practice indeed. Also, there's a bad review in one of the below reviews but I have no clue who that Dr. that's mentioned in that post. The doc mentioned wasn't anyone I know from that practice. I do not recommend Dr. D'apolito at all. I made an appointment with "Melissa" who works in his…read moreoffice and I explained at that time that I wanted a cleaning. She was lovely and professional. She relayed that the Dr, D'apolito would want to examine me before he did the cleaning. I agreed as long as I would not be required to take x-rays. (I explained that I cared for a close relative who died from a brain tumor so I avoid x-rays when ever possible.) I did, however, have a full set of x-rays sent over from my former dentist who had retired. Melissa stated that she would note on my chart that I would not be required to have x-rays. When I arrived at the appointment, Dr. D'apolito began his examination. I must add at this point that although he advertises himself as "Gentle Dentistry," he was quite rough pushing my head from side to side and stretching my lips. I have had other oral exams that were done with much more gentleness. Then Dr. D'apolito diagnosed me as needing an implant replaced and two root canals re-done. I told him that I was not experiencing any discomfort at all and would like to think about his suggestions. I was polite and courteous. When the exam was over, I returned to Melissa's desk in order to schedule the cleaning. It was then that I was told that Dr. D'apolito would not do the cleaning unless I had x-rays taken so he could address the other work he advised that I needed! I was stunned! I told Melissa that I was clear when I made the appointment that I did not want x-rays. I stated that I needed to think about the other work that the doctor wanted to do; but my purpose on that day was to schedule a cleaning. Melissa stated that the Dr. D'apolito would not do the cleaning and then told me my fee for the day. I replied (very respectfully) that I felt that I had been misled. I had been clear when I scheduled the appointment that I wanted a cleaning. So from the backroom, Dr. D'apolito shouted, "Let her leave!" Wow. I guess he was angry because I was not yet a big paycheck for him. It's clear to me that Dr. D'apolito 's main interest is his wallet and not his patient's well-being. Ironically, I probably would have had the other work done but at that point, I no longer trusted him. He is more a mercenary than a physician.

If you are considering any kind of dental work, consider no more!! Go and do it , and do it with , CORNERSTONE DENTAL!! I had Implants and Crowns put in . My whole upper , and bottom was done !! A very big job by any means .. The Dr. sat with me , and told me straight up what he thought I needed to do , and then I told him what I was looking to do ! We agreed , the only thing I was afraid of was having a plate in my mouth that came in & out during the duration , which would be about a year . This great Dr. made me a plate for the upper teeth , that stayed in permanently until he took it out in the office . Not only did he take the fear away , he saved my dignity . He really did go out of his way to make sure I was happy every step of the way !! He is very professional , he talks to you with respect , and he LISTENED to what I wanted !! Not what he thought would look good ! I wanted Hollywood White ! Another dentist told me that wasn't natural looking!! I didn't want to look natural! This wonderful Dr. delivered exactly what I wanted !! As for his staff , you couldn't ask for better !! Every call is answered with a pleasant voice on the other end ,! The dental assistant are extremely kind and very knowledgeable. They know your nervous and they alway make you at ease .. I must shout out to Linda ! She is the women you will sit down with and talk about pricing . There was no hidden cost , no surprises at the end ! I paid as we went along , she never once asked me for a payment, ( like some places, want the money before you walk in ) As you may know , implants are a little costly , but worth every penny ! She is always smiling , answered all my questions , even when I called her personal phone by accident ! So my friends , you will not be disappointed , I was not even for a minute ! If you knew me , and the way I'm so critical of most professionals because they don't come up to all the hype! I honestly can say that if I could give more then five stars I would ! God Bless all who walk threw theses doors , and God Bless all who use their hand to help others !

Recently, I had a failed bridge on my upper-right side arch and knew my options were few, dentures…read moreor implants. Also, aware that I have low sinuses, I didn't think I would be a candidate for implants. Not knowing anyone who does this kind of work and looking online for prosthodontics in my area did not result in many recommendations. My friend, Valerie Juzwiak, recommended Dr. Beckwith, as she had gone to school with him. I called Cornerstone and spoke with a knowledgeable, compassionate woman, Linda. I explained what was happening and how upset I was about the situation; she quickly arranged for a consult with Dr. Beckwith. After scans and xrays, it was worse than expected; both bridges had failed, left and right sides, and I had a sinus infection. Dr. Beckwith had more of an idea of what he was dealing with and developed an agreeable action plan. I spoke with Linda numerous times about my anxiety and hesitation about having such a procedure and how this was so life-changing. Linda was very understanding, empathic, and caring; she took me thru all the steps I should expect and things I didn't even think of and answered all my questions. Dentistry has changed, it's not what you might remember, and this office is state-of-the-art. On the day of surgery, Linda, Lisa, and Dr. Beckwith ensured that I was comfortable and not experiencing pain. The procedures took over seven hours; it was a lot of work. Overall, the whole experience was great, from the preparation to the procedures, and while the healing process continues, it's a lot better than I was expecting.

I called them today to schedule an appointment for my kids annual checkup. I found out that they do not open on any weekday evenings nor any Saturdays. They advertise they open Saturdays from 9-1pm and Monday and Tuesday till 7pm. When I tried to ask for the next available times in the Evenings and Weekends they said they do not have them. The receptionist on the phone advised that the hygienist is on maternity leave. I totally understand completely, but could you hire a temp or update the website? My question is that your a business, so you don't have coverage? Really? They should understand that people work during the day and kids are in school. Why should I take my kids out of school to go see an dentist for a checkup. I understand if its an emergency if their teeth is bothering them. I didn't even get to step foot in the office and this is the first impression I get? I'm really disappointed that the business end of this dentist office don't care about operations and they should realize that not every customer has children not in school. I guess a lesson learned is to call for the hours before you enroll.

He said maybe it was cracked and needed a crown. I asked what does maybe mean? Can he see the crack on the x-ray. He never answered me directly. I got suspicious and got a 2nd opinion the next day. Turned out I had 2 cavities in 2 teeth. The one in the molar had been there for over 5 years and almost reached the nerve, which would have then needed a root canal. I can even see the black spot with my bare eyes!!! This is aside from the fact he filled a loose filling on the same molar a month ago and never saw the cavity!! In addition, 4 old metal fillings were loose and needed to be redone. Is this guy blind or dumb? This doctor is not only incompetent, he's also a fraud.
