I had an hour session with Howard Weingarten who was attentive and listened to my needs, I felt comfortable and at ease while he worked out my knots and muscles to reduce my pain and discomfort. I look forward to a long and beneficial relationship with massage therapy and highly recommend Howard or his other therapists for treatment. I have tried anther therapist in Warrenton but felt this was a more personal and comfortable space.

For several years I was plagued with recurring neck and shoulder pain; regular trips to the chiropractor provided short-term relief, but after a few days it always returned. Figuring I had nothing to lose by trying a different approach, I made an appointment with Joan. After an evaluation she gave me a deep-tissue massage, which was a painful process at first but immediately brought some relief from the cramping I had been experiencing. Over the next couple of months I returned for four more treatments. By the end of that sequence, the pain was essentially gone. I go back a couple of times a year for a "tune-up", and it is always a relaxing and wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Recently, I was reconnected to Dino and my expectations were somehow far exceeded! In all my years and many many massages, I've never had a neck massage like Dino's - he really got into my upper occipital knot and all the years of tension are now gone. I strongly recommend Dino for a massage to anyone with specific or chronic pain. If you like deep tissue, you won't go wrong! I'm already looking forward to my next session!

I had trouble finding the location, but it is located in the Heritage Hunt complex. Enter from the main entrance and dial #155 on the pad or just call her and she'll let you in. Because I had trouble finding the room, I was about 10 minutes late but Angela was very understanding. We talked for about 10 minutes and she explained to me about her practice (emphasizing that she is a therapist and likes to talk to her clients). I explained to her my problem areas and we decided to work on those rather than my full body as I was late and she wanted to give proper attention to the places that were needed. I enjoyed my massage and she worked out my knots and helped de-tense my neck, but my favorite part was talking to her. I usually don't talk during my massages but Angela is very conversational and I enjoyed listening to her talk about her family, kids, etc. It didn't disrupt the massage and I was still able to relax. Angela still gave me a full hour massage despite me being late which I appreciated a lot. Angela is a very genuine person who cares about her clients and she is a very good massage therapist!

Ana Maria was confident she could assess the situation to deliver the appropriate massage for me. Her knowledge is obvious. Her touch is healing. First a HUGE thanks to Steffie Foard at Open Minds Meditation ( http://www.wix.com/steffief/om#! )…read morefor suggesting I get in touch with Ana Maria to see if her massage therapy could help me with my chronic back and neck pain. I called Saturday, December17th and left a message only to be greeted early this Monday morning (12/19) by a warm and welcoming Ana Maria on the phone. We discussed my needs and set a date for early January to have my first massage as she was very heavily booked through the end of the year. Lucky for me someone canceled and I was able to see her today at 12:15. VERY lucky actually. Ana Maria was even more welcoming, engaged and informative in person. She truly does want to hear what particularly "ails" you and works to design a session around it. She does not believe in a one stop shop for all clients...It really was so personally directed to what may work for me. Just walking in the door to her location was a treat for the senses...wonderful smells, soft music ( no clangy stuff!) and a verrrry soft and nicely heated massage table. It was exactly what I had hoped for! A truly legitimate massage delivered in a soothing, calming environment. For me the soothing, calming is half of what will make me choose a massage therapist. The super bonus here is that it's quite obvious Ana Maria knows what she is doing, doesn't jeopardize your health by doing too much too soon in the wrong spots. My only regret is that I had to get up off the table! I am booked to see her again in a couple weeks but keeping my fingers crossed she gets a cancellation :) I can't recommend anyone higher than Ana Maria if you are looking for pain and/or stress relief delivered by one of the nicest people I have met in years!
