Unfortunately, that's when my experience went downhill. They rarely answer the phone, and that same issue seems to carry over to the specialists they refer patients to. I was referred for a sleep study, but no one ever answered the phone to schedule it. I left multiple voicemails and never received a call back. Later, I noticed an insurance claim for a sleep study diagnostic that I never had. I called the sleep office with no answer, so I contacted my primary care office. They told me they would look into it and get back to me, but I never heard anything. My blood work also showed some abnormalities, so I was referred to an endocrinologist. I was told to wait for them to call me to schedule an appointment. Weeks went by with no call, so I followed up. I was told it was strange and that they would send the office a message and have someone contact me. It's now been over a month, and I still haven't heard from anyone. I'm done with this office. I made the decision to take my health more seriously, and instead of feeling supported, I felt ignored and dismissed. It shouldn't be this difficult to get the care you need.

Because of this disease, I get to see doctors a lot. Minnie has been kind and has always made an effort to understand my complex condition. I take a limited number of medicines by my choice, and my medical care seems more like a conversation, which I prefer. A lot of other doctors wouldn't have taken the time to get to know me and my symptoms. Or would have told me, it's all in my head. I'm grateful I've never felt like that here.

This lady will without a doubt create issues for Dr. Scherer going forward as your first point of contact is the front office, whether on the phone or in person.
