Good customer service and very chip gas compared with other places. Can't wait until the store is built.

Still the same ones, They are about 20 years old and badly in need of replacement. The buttons are all eroded. The screens are illegible in direct sunlight. The interface is over-complicated and slow. Does not accept Apple Pay. The pump I used was trickling out gas at about 0.01 gallons per second. After waiting several minutes for two gallons, I gave up,and went to the cheaper station down the street, where I tapped my phone, hit "regular" and was pumping immediately. Did I mention the windshield cleaner buckets were all empty? Of course they were. It's clear the owner simply does not give a s***.

I try not to use this gas station unless it's absolutely necessary because the people who own it are rude and they have run this place into the ground. There are boxes of supplies in the corner of the store, no coffee stand, limited products. But I did need a car wash so I tried. What a huge mistake. I was all the way into the car wash and it started for about a minute but then abruptly stopped. So, I'm sitting there with the big washers near my door, afraid to get out in case it started again. Afraid to drive forward or backward in case there was something that could puncture my tires. There is no number posted to call and no number I could find on-line for them. I was there for ten minutes trying to figure a way out. I finally called my husband who drove there to alert them of my situation. The angry, sullen, mean guy who works there? Manager? Anyway, he comes into the car wash where I have been trapped for 20 minutes by that time, says nothing to me and goes to what I assume is the control box. Not a word to me, nothing. I had put my window down at that point thinking he may want to say something to me. NOPE. Just strolled on by. I had to yell to reach him across the car wash that it would have been courteous of him to acknowledge that I'd been trapped there and offer an apology. He told me HE OWES ME NO APOLOGY and dismissed me as though I was in the wrong. Then he barked at me to "put my window up!" as though I was some idiot child. But he couldn't get it to work anyway. Then he started to say something to me, so I had to put my window down to hear him. Then he yelled at me again. At this point, I was done. Give me a refund. Let me out, you asshole. All he had to do was acknowledge my situation and take responsibility for it with a simple, "I'm sorry this happened, let me see what I can do." That's it! I understand mechanical problems happen but to dismiss a person who has been trapped in YOUR carwash is unacceptable. ZERO kindness, ZERO accountability. And NO WAY of letting them know I was in need of help, as in a number posted clearly in the car wash. That's dangerous. Regardless of what anyone else would have done in my situation, the bottom line is clear. The people who run this Chevron station are terrible people. The same guy who was dismissive, rude and hateful to me ran off before I could confront him. So he's also a coward. I will never go to this Chevron station again. There are plenty of other gas stations around that aren't run by horrible people. And please, don't ever use their carwash. See other reviews to back up mine.

The parking lot is huge, so finding a spot is usually easy, and there are several other stores in the shopping center if you need to run additional errands. The warehouse is well-stocked, the staff is efficient, and checkout is generally smooth. Whether you're shopping for groceries, household items, electronics, or grabbing gas, it's hard to beat the convenience and value. No complaints here, Costco consistently delivers, and this location is no exception.

Pacoima's Costco Gasoline station location was a revelation to me since I was rarely in the northeast section of the San Fernando Valley. However, I was dropping my brother off who was getting some work done on his car (how he found something out here I had no idea!), and I needed some gas to get back home. On average, Costco's gas prices were usually about $0.20/gallon cheaper than the going rate everywhere else, and I was always about value. However, this particular location was somewhat visible off the nearest freeway (e.g. 118) and somewhat difficult to get to once you exited the freeway. In this particular case, I simply took local side streets which was easier than getting on the freeway. How would this location compare with others within the chain I've dealt with and in the area!? PURCHASE(S) 87 Unleaded Gas ($69.00): I was at the 2-bar marker and felt it was better to be safe than sorry. Although the place was relatively busy, I carefully pulled into a pump lane and fueled up once it was my turn. After 13.022 gallons of gas at $5.299/gallon, my CRV was full and ready to go. SERVICE Unless there was something wrong with the pump you were at, the machine was out of receipt paper, or your Costco membership card wasn't working, it was all self-service. Thankfully, my pump flowed at a good pace. I didn't happen to see any employees milling around for any customer support like other locations. Otherwise... all was good. PARKING (N/A) None specifically for the gas station. However, there were plenty of spots that surrounded the station and plenty more as you drove away and headed towards the actual Costco store or other anchor businesses where they had a massive private lot - 'nuff said. ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE Located within the Plaza Pacoima Outdoor Shopping Center that featured Best Buy, Costco (obviously), Jamba Juice, Lowe's, Panda Express, Subway, and Wells Fargo Bank off of W. Paxton St., this was a large gas station with fairly wide one-way aisles all with long lanes that allowed you to maneuver and navigate by cars as you pulled into a pump. It had a total of 28 pump stations (8 gas lanes with 4 double-sided pump columns with 6 and 8 pumps each, respectively). However, no soapy suds, squeaky squeegees, paper towels, and air or water stations - just like all other Costco gas stations I've been to. But, there were places to dump any trash you had. The pump stations were completely covered from the elements unless a hurricane or tornado headed towards you. There appeared to be only one way to enter the queuing area which alleviated any confusion, congestion, or traffic jams that potentially spilled into the surrounding parking spaces, and only one exit. There was plenty of natural lighting during the day while soul-sucking fluorescent lighting filled in the rest during the evening. There were no TVs or background music. ATTIRE Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. OVERALL Costco Gasoline Pacoima's location satisfied my particular need, but I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to come here. There was potential for snaking traffic as you tried to get to this place and wasn't visible from the main street. This location appeared to share the same daily extended hours (e.g. MO-FR 5:30am - 10:00pm, SA 6:00am - 8:30pm, SU 6:00am - 7:30pm) I've seen at others which was great for commuters. I found very good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $69.00 BEFORE any discounts and/or tip). And, Costco only accepted VISA credit cards and not mine of choice...AMEX! 4.0 STARS
