I've been getting quotes for the past seven years, wanting to transfer my policies to State Farm, not because of State Farm, but because of Daniel Pennington in her crew. Every time I've called, they have been so polite, even though I did not go with them all these years and I will eventually when I can get the numbers right but their staff and Danielle are amazing. I have nothing but good thoughts and good things to say about this particular branch of State Farm. That is really hard to explain. They just genuinely care about others either or State Farm clients or you're not a State Farm client care about people they all seem to be down home professional, very intelligent, compassionate, and on top of the game individuals. I stopped by there one time and dropped off some donuts just because of their kindness. Well, State Farm has run me over with the personnel. We just have to get my car and auto on the same page. Keep up the good work guys hopefully, I'll see you soon on the other side

Dear Rob, I filed a claim to have my sunroof repaired. There was water damage to my headliner, it…read moregot wet and is sagging. Your adjuster referred me to caliber collision, they both were clear that the upholstery repair would have to be subbed because caliber collision does not repair upholstery. When I call State Farm to complete the claim to have my headliner repaired, they told me that Caliber collision had the sagging headliner cleaned, and that there was no water damage, that water leaking in from my shattered sunroof over time...wouldn't damage the headliner. This was the best excuse State Farm had to deny my claim. State Farm and Caliber Collision are obviously in cahoots and I detect shady practices. After seventeen years with you and State Farm, I will be changing insurance provider expeditiously. Thanks for nothing State Farm, all those years of premiums we paid, you got us good.
