they cancelled my spouses auto policy without notification. premiums were always payed on time and…read morewe gave them zero issues. my spouse received a notification from the DMV stating the insurance had lapsed. the company was contacted in person and refused to do anything as far as a no-loss statement for the lapse and paying the $50 fine when they violated state law. the offered to give another policy but not make things right. a complaint is being filed with NCDOI due to the lack of communication and increase in premiums due to the lapse that is now on my husbands insurance profile. 0/10. do not recommend.
