Even when I called right at 9am on a Friday, when their offices are "open" Hours past and still no returned phone call. BUT when I fill out a new customer quote on the website, I get an agent on the phone within 10 mins. FUNNY how 13+ years as an existing customer cannot get a call returned but a new customer can within mere minutes. Fast forward to 2/25/21, I left a message and the lady told me that all agents are busy. I can't talk to the insurance company because they referred me to my "agent" for policy specifics. Only this location and another is open but they aren't taking "clients"
