I was in a hurry and told pam just blow dry a little I was in a hurry. Color seemed to look and blend to my liking . I go to pay and am charged $115 for 5 foils and a $23 bottle of thermal spritz. $115!!!!!!! For 5 foils! Wow what happened to $49 partial? Well you had product too I said yes but $23. Forget it I paid and left . The next day I shampooed my hair and got to looking and couldn't believe the breakage from over processing. Tiger stripes along crown of my head. What a disaster this service turned out to be. My roommates was worse. So we call Pam and tell her about damage and she doesn't assume any fault she told us you both were happy when you left. My roommate told her why would you recommend a hair breakage product to me instead of a color shampoo and conditioner. Because she knew she over processed both of us and still hasn't done anything to make it right. Pam keeps turning the blame back over to us not offering trims or deep conditioning. Nothing! I called right away and the lady at the desk was great and made sure i got in for the time that I was attempting online. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment as I figured there would be paperwork. I was right. Just one page for information. My appointment was at 1:15 and was greeted to go back to the room about 5 min or so after that. The rooms are very clean and well kept. There is nice set up for the different procedure they do there. I ordered a couple different things. Hannah who was my cerologist was fantastic. They use a wax there that doesn't really stick to the skin. It was great cause I didnt turn red like I did before from other waxings. She was very nice and talked to me during the procedure. She made sure that I was happy with what she did. She wanted me to make sure that I told her if there was anything that I wasn't happy with. We had a few laughs as everything was getting done. I went home feeling good. It was great that everything went so smoothly so to speak. They did sell me a skin treatment to help with any skin issues after the procedure was completed. Everything looked great when I got home. I am pretty happy with the entire experience all around. The pricing was decent cause i got 50% off the most expensive procedure. Ill have to start saving up for the next time.
