I was given a price of $506 and a scheduled install date. On the date of the install the tech calls at 8:30 AM and says that he will not be here today because they do not have the window. Well then why was an appointment scheduled without the product in hand? So the incompetent fools order the window and schedule another install date WITHOUT consulting my availability and what makes it worse is that the cost went up to $922. WTF? What kind of unprofessional, scandalous business does this kind of thing? Answer: Safelite AutoGlass. I left message on every phone number I could find for Safelite and of course no one called. The install tech calls on the day of THEIR reschedule date and says that he is outside of my house. I told him that I am not going to accept a window at $922 and I am unavailable. Had the incompetent scumbags confirmed my availability he would have known that. Avoid these dumbasses at all costs. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

The ceramic coat is fantastic and it's so gratifying to watch water bead up and drip right off. They also perform window tinting, which we will keep in mind for the future. There are different packages to get as far as the ceramic coat lasts, we chose a 3-year. After the application, they encourage you to come back once a month for a wash to help keep the coating in good condition. Jesse worked with my schedule and was flexible to my needs.
