Not only did PowerSync install solar for me, but Jonathan also upgraded my mother's electrical system for her home in preparation for the generator he installed and a lift system (to hold her in a wheelchair and a care taker, lifting them up to the house from inside there garage). Get quotes elsewhere sure; it's good business. But choose PowerSync Solar if quality and safety are at the top of your list.

They installed my meter panel and ran two hot legs from it. The next day they drilled the studs and ran some wires. That was the last I saw of them. Although Scott scheduled five other times to they complete they never showed. After weeks and his vacation he said he had mailed me a refund. That was over a month ago. He knew it was an emergency. I am 55 disabled and my autistic daughter was living with me. He left us to endure the heat and thus far has kept my money. I am on a fixed income and am still powering my home with extension cords from the meter panel. BEWARE!

We are very sorry that we didn't do a background check on Scott (who it turns out, also uses aliases--red flag!) before we signed the contract for a solar installation. He takes your money, starts the job, and then abandons it. His company started the installation before Thanksgiving 2015 and now it's mid-April. No one has been back to work on it since. Scott's responses to our many texts, phone calls, emails, and a certified letter have been either been ignored or have been total lies. We know that we are not the first customer that he has scammed out of a large sum of money. Beware of doing business with this company!

We had a 10 kW system set up just about one year after moving to central Missouri. Over time, we realized we needed an additional 5 kW to truly meet our needs. We had the additional panels and Bliss Brothers Solar was willing to come and install them, wire them and link them to our inverters. Kevin Bliss did a very good job keeping us apprised of where they were in the approval process with our power provider and local fire marshal. Everyone we worked with from the Bliss Brothers Solar team was helpful throughout the project planning and execution phases. We're very glad we found such a responsive and fair team to work with.

That Solar Company 1 star…read moreSales guy was very friendly till sale completed. Then nothing...... until we ordered more. Installation crews are great, cleaned up mess. Left a list of to do that needed to be completed: 1. fill in the driveway they cut to bury the cable 2. cable not fully buried 18 inches due to driveway Later some of the wire after the driveway is not buried 18 inches, but 1 inch now uncovered After install of the battery pack. They needed to finish something. After 30 days, no liberty utilities to show up to turn on the system (July - most power generation but we had none) I called, they said to call Liberty. Liberty stated they had not have any communication from That Solar Company since original install (8 months earlier). Backlog added 3 weeks. the battery took 2 days to get working 3 days after battery installed, it failed. Called them, 7 days later they showed up. Worked for 1 days. Since then, called enphase - router is not working so battery not working. What is this bad design? what if no internet, no system???? 4 calls, 3 email - NO RESPONSE besides receptionist answering the phone. THEY GOT THEIR MONEY and WE AREW NO MORE.. EVEN THOUGH I WAS CONSIDERING THEM FOR ANOTHER HOUSE I NEED Installation.

I purchased solar with the promise that it would dramatically decrease my electric bill. That has…read morenot happened. I was told that the electric company would buy back the excess electricity that my system produced, but the amount that I was told is drastically less than what is being paid, almost 1/10 of what was stated. I was told that ArrowPoint would periodically check on routine maintenance- they never have and have never even responded to a call for service. I also see in the contract that it appears a Lien of sorts is on my house because of this solar purchase- that was NEVER mentioned. The most bold faced lie is that the Green Energy tax REBATE would be in cash directly back to me. The REBATE amount was even included in the payment schedule. I find out that it is a tax credit of sorts and I have never received it, therefore the monthly payment increased. I feel that I was lied to, multiple times, and taken advantage of. I am almost 90 now, and this debt will transfer to my kids. We all sat at my kitchen table and the salesman said I would see a ROI within 5 years. That has never happened to this date. I need help with this corrupt and deceitful company. When we first noticed at problem, within the 1st 3 months of inquiring about the tax REBATE, we went in person to the SolarPoint office. The Office Mgr disclosed that our salesman was his brother-in-law and he just got the words wrong. Because of that they offered to pay 3 months of our payments, UNTIL the tax REBATE/credit could be sorted out. I didn't really want to accept but my daughter-in-law suggested it was a positive for me. So accepted that concession. When we called the finance company, All-IN-Credit Union, the lady that was verifying the credits for me said, "Oh Honey you should have held out for more, I've seen them offer much more than that." So the finance company was aware of what they considered a on-going business practice from ArrowPoint to placate angry clients. I need help from Consumer Protection and I need help finding a reputable attorney to help me end this deceitful, predatory contract.

The reinspection failed according to there master electrician for the exact same reasons it failed the first time. Vivint sales and customer service won't lift a finger to help me. Arrowpoint is the most incompetant company i have ever dealt with. At this point I am lost on what to do other then hire an attorney.
