From time to time things do need to fixed and I gotta say this company has two wonderful people to assist in that. Darlene is a gem! I cant say enough good things about her. She responds quickly, gets the help that's needed AND follows up. I don't think we have ever had a person as good as she is when it comes to maintenance in a house we rent. I really feel like I need to send her something to express how much her help is appreciated. The other person that is fantastic is the maintenance guy, Donnie. He is so calm, informative and just overall a nice person to deal with. His work is always done extremely well and timely! Lawn mower, leaf blowers, weights amongst other things were stolen from my property and their response was "well you rented it as is". They couldn't even list the property properly on major rental websites and when I asked them to fix this I was told I had to pay extra to get them individually listed lol. I was deployed to a war zone while my wife was moving back in and they couldn't waste their precious Saturday to give her the keys back. Wouldn't trust them to walk my dog down the street.

The complex is now clean and well maintained. The common areas have been redone in a style more in keeping with the ambience of the complex as a whole. The gym is clean and well provisioned with equipment. The pool area is super clean and comfortable. Under previous management maintenance was haphazard at best. Now filter changes and pest control occur on a regular basis. The office staff and the maintenance staff are all very personable and easy to work with. They are all continually doing both big and little things to improve the appearance and the comfort of living here. Where this place originally was about a 6 or 7, it is now a strong 9 to 10 and continuing to improve.

She helped us in a big way with all the logistics making the transition seamless. There were a couple hiccups regarding appliances, but Andrea was on top of it from the get go, doing everything she can to get things done efficiently, and effectively....having staff like that on site is priceless!! I applied and was approved, and I am looking to move in sometime in February, signing a lease this month. I have been working with your staff, particularly Beth Rudat, and I have some concerns regarding professionalism and lack of courtesy. Admittedly, I have been eager to secure this property from out of state as I am under a time constraint. Still, text message responses are being delayed intentionally, or messages or answers to questions are now entirely ignored by Beth. At first, I gave Shamrock the benefit of the doubt, but I did catch what Beth said when I asked her if I had annoyed her by texting too eagerly when she called with the news of my approval. She told your staff that someone had mentioned, "Someone should take my phone away." I thought that was a joke until Beth began ignoring my messages and not answering some of my questions altogether. My more significant concern came after I researched online reviews for Shamrock Rentals and found deeply concerning 1-star reviews from previous tenants about your staff's lack of professionalism and courtesy. Some of the staff at Shamrock Rentals treat the property owners very well but have a history of mistreating the tenants. Is this something I should be concerned about when working with you? I don't want any issues. I am giving you over 1/3 of my income to be a responsible tenant and care for your property, but I don't want my concerns ignored or to be disrespected. Other reviews say that the properties were not cleaned and had damage prior to move-in. Beth is fully aware that I cannot walk this property before signing the lease due to a recent surgery and being out of state on a time constraint. I am trusting you to have this home in order for my arrival. When I asked Beth if there would be a fresh coat of paint, something not uncommon for tenants to request, she shunned my inquiry entirely and wasn't even willing to speak professionally about it. I hope Shamrock is going to be fair and treat tenants better than what I am seeing so far. Then i went to them to ask why i wasnt moved at the end of the month. I was met with aggravation and blantant gas lighting. I would like to be very clear this review is concerning the property management agents nor the realtors (totally different experience with them). My experience with Ms. Michelle Mellet was very disappointed , the lack of communication was huge among other things. In general, if you are looking for a competent property management , go somewhere else , do not hired them to run your house.
