However, I also bought some parts and Joey & Hope did a great job accommodating my needs. In addition, I told Joey I was buying a GSA & never told him I switched up to a GS. He had gotten the bags setup for the GSA and when he saw the GS instead of the GSA, he didn't miss a beat and effortlessly switched up the bags to the correct ones and both Joey & Hope and invested time in the GSA bags and never complained about my mistake. Also, I purchased new helmets with headsets. Joey installed everything and made sure the fits were perfect. Joey went above & beyond. Highly recommend Colorado Springs Powersports. The staff is remarkably professional, and I was impressed with every point of contact I had at the dealership. They all came across as people who genuinely wanted to help me find the right bike at an incredibly fair price. I recently had a negative experience shopping for a motorcycle at a Denver dealer. I found their staff to be pushy, dishonest, and condescending. It was pretty disheartening. I'm so glad that I reached out to Colorado Springs Powersports. They couldn't have made the experience any simpler. I usually buy a new motorcycle every 3-5 years, and I hope to do business with them again in the future!

I have never seen the owners do the "hard sell" on anyone and for crissakes nobody is forced to buy anything. If you do not want what they sell then stay away and let real customers do business. That review about no wheel bearings is pure poppycock and that reviewer is a liar. The front axle rides inside the bearings and with no bearings he would have gone 1 foot and no more. After those fixes (and additional work like carb cleaning and spark plug replacement), the machine still has the exact same issue. In other words, Apex misdiagnosed the problem. What made matters worse was the follow-up. When I called back, the service department was inflexible, dismissive, and unwilling to stand behind their work. They would not recheck the ATV without charging again, despite their first diagnosis being wrong. That lack of accountability and unwillingness to make it right was the most disappointing part of the experience.

This review for the 8th St. location in Colorado Springs and may include both store policies and/or…read morethe manager's decision making at the time of my visit, regarding AutoZone's "Price Match Guarantee." From AutoZone's website page for Price Match: * You need evidence of a lower price for the product. * The product must match features like those found at AutoZone. * The other store's price must be current and verifiable. * Additionally, the Autozone 'Price Match Guarantee' only applies to in-stock items. * Lastly, AutoZone will only match prices with companies in the same geographic area. So, if you want your price match request to be accepted, you'll need to meet the requirements listed below. I printed out the price of some 75w90 Valvoline gear oil from a NAPA brick-n-mortar store that you can literally see from the AutoZone store. When I got to the register with $80 of gear oil, the manager started to hem & haw about how they won't price match with NAPA. After I proved that I had met AutoZone's own criteria for price matching, he decides to say, "We don't price match with NAPA because they're not one of our competitors." Huh? Then he adds, "Let me look at that price," and he exclaims like a preacher on Sunday morning, "Oh, I can't do that anyway," like NAPA's pricing for the Valvoline is some kind of a scam and that's why he can't match it. Which excuse is it? You don't match NAPA ever or their price is beyond your capability? I get it, reviews like this don't change people's mind. When you need an *overpriced* wiper blade, fine. But doing business with a company who is clearly deceitful in their business dealings, should mean something.
