I got there at 7:35 and Summer was the one to "help" me. She was being very short when I asked about the prices and after a few pricing questions, she disclosed that we only had 20 minutes and that I wouldn't be able to tan because I'd be "messing up with her time" and that "she wanted to go home". Then I asked her "would you please let me get a tan? We still have 20 minutes, the paperwork shouldn't take that long" and then she got loud with me, called me rude for demanding for a tan. I then told her "you're reading too much into it, I literally just asked you a question and you started being rude and loud". Then she protested "I'm not being rude! We will do the paperwork and I'll see how much time we have, how does that sound?" After I replied with "that's good" she mumbled "Jesus Christ". After all the 5 sheets of paper I had to initial (because that's a lot of paperwork and that will take too long) she told me "okay, I have to clean the Versa and you'll just gonna be able to do a base shade, no add ons" that was at 0745. "Can you please just add a bronzer? I know that the Versa gives an orange tint without a bronzer and I don't want that." She refused and said "no. That's all I can do for now. I'm already gonna spend a long time closing the store because of this." I then started checking other facilities times and yes, they all close at 8pm. So I said "yeah, this is not gonna work for me. I'll just come back tomorrow. What's your name?" She didn't respond, she didn't even look at me. I persisted, maybe she didn't hear me: "Hey, what's your name?" She again, didn't respond and kept messing with the papers on the table. Then I asked a third and last time "Whats your name? Are you gonna ignore me?" She then looks at me and said: "I'm not gonna give you my name because I know you're gonna try to get me in trouble!" Fed up, I then told her to cancel the contract. She then complied, said she'd do that and yelled at me "we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, you better leave right now before I call the cops!!" So then I brought my cellphone camera up and told her to repeat it, she calmed her tone down, told me she wasn't yelling. I asked for my paperwork back, and she refused a bunch of times. I sinsisted and said again I'd be cancelling the contract, so finally she gives me my contract paperwork. I then left. I would love to post this video. What a joke of an employee. P.S.: I ended up getting her name confirmed here on the reviews because of the call she took while "helping" me. Remember to be kind folks! Especially in a customer service job! I've NEVER in my life have been treated so poorly in any type of salon.

I only learned about this when I drove over there to tan. And the front desk person says "Well, I didn't put the hold, and I don't know why it is on hold" and didn't let me in a tanning session even though I paid for the month and signed every paper they put in front of me. So I wasted 40 min of my life driving there and back home for nothing. This tells me that don't value my time at all. Disappointing! Tanning beds are the same everywhere else.. if customer service is not the differentiator, what do they have to offer?!?

This establishment does not keep it's facilities clean between clients. I have twice now had…read morereactions only on the portion of my skin touching the tanning beds. At first I thought maybe they had a new cleaning solution that was the issue. I brought it up to staff and they assured me no changes had been made to their cleaning protocols. Upon returning, a staff member that I had discussed the issue with previously told me that she figured out the problem and that it was because the client before me had used a "tingle lotion". This would make sense with the reaction on my skin. This clearly indicates that the salon is not properly cleaning the beds between clients. Additionally, I was informed that the SlimSpa unit I have been using for over a year, required a suit to wear for health and safety protocols. This was never discussed with me and the other day was the first time anyone had ever asked if I had a suit with me. This again is showing that this staff and facility is not concerned with hygiene or safety of its clients. When I discussed these concerns with management, and that I wanted to cancel my membership they immediately refused. They even went so far as to lie to me and tell me that the skin reaction I had must have been a new medication or vitamin I was on and ignored the fact that the staff memeber had admitted to the reaction being from a previous client's lotion. I strongly recommend people stay away from this company.

Shannen was so helpful and set me up to use the fancy Level 4 bed, which I've never used before. WOW!!! I've never seen a bed is so open and airy but still drowns you in sunny lights. The bed looks like it belongs on a spaceship. I admit to feeling slightly intimidated by it . . . until it started. LOVED IT!!! Best part was seeing instant color in a fraction of the time. The employee, not sure of name and I've never seen her before this, was opening the blinds and I walked in and said hi good morning, followed up a nice eye roll and a why are you here attitude. She then went to the computer to check me in. I asked fo a towel and went to my room. As I was leaving and walking past the desk I put the towel in the bin and looked her way to see if demeanor had changed, another no, it hadn't. She glared at me as I left with no have a great day, thanks for coming in, or we'll see you next time. Extremely rude customer service skills.
