Do not go to these salons!!! I went in right after salons opened up from covid. As I went in the lady at the front desk was signing someone up ahead of me and kept apologizing for taking so long. Then as signing me up she rushed me because there was more people walking in waiting to tan and sign up. She marked "x's" on where I needed to initial and sign. As I was doing so she kept apologizing and was telling us how's she's gonna retire. ( making me feels so rushed) I got a military membership as I am military and my husband is deployed so I moved here to be with family. I told her I won't be here long but I wanted to get tan before moving back. She said that it wasn't a problem they work with military membership all the time. The store was clean and nice and all the front desk was amazing. My husband's deployment ended earlier then expected so I'm having to move back sooner. So I asked the lady at the front desk to can cancel. She said I need to email my husband's orders to the corporate email so they can cancel, that my orders will cancel the membership. So I did. Corporate emailed me back saying I'm not allowed to cancel as its a 10 month membership! ( why in the world would I sign up knowing I wouldn't be here that long) I also would have signed up sooner if covid didn't effect things. They also stated that they only cancel for pcsing ( moving to a new base. And that's only if they approve it. And they will charge $50 to cancel ) Which all goes against a United States Law (Scra) Military members can cancel at any time with no fees and no penalties because we do move so much and abruptly. The email was also poorly written for a corporate to be emailing me back. As well not signed by who wrote it. I will be telling everyone to NOT go there because of this. This post has nothing to do with the Employees of the locations. I've been to two of them and they all are very nice and helpful. But making me pay for a membership I can't use because I am moving is ridiculous especially the amount I'll be spending on something I have no access to. They will be loosing a lot of business from military families as I will be spreading the word!!! read more

I have never been tanning in my life especially never to a tanning bed. i Always say I don't tan I just burn, peel and become pale again. I am going on a girls trip and really wanted to try snd get some color. I called and spoke to them and got amazing information on what would work best for me and also offered to come in for a tour and more info. I came in and felt so comfortable, I purchased the 1 week package since I had exactly one week til I leave for vacation. I'm now two days away from leaving snd am so happy and satisfied with my results and experience. Their recommendations were spot on snd for the first time, I have a tan! I wanted to tan for a military event coming up but didn't want a month to month as I'll be PCS'ing where this chain isn't available in just a few months. The front desk person helped me out & explained how doing the one month vs buying 60 minutes was not much more $wise & I could tan more often & longer for just that little bit more. She also went over the difference in the different levels & clued me in on doing this review for an upgraded tanning session (I bought a month of level 2 beds) and I thought that was great. So full disclosure, I've never been tanning before and routinely have the complexion of a table napkin... that being said I couldn't be happier with the service at this location. I was immediately greeted by the staff and walked through everything step by step... the beds were super clean.. bulbs were brand new, and they had a military discount to top it off. I was able to just walk in at my convenience and was out in under 15 min. Highly recommend to anyone regardless of whether you are a seasoned visitor or burn in the moonlight. read more

It's been a few years since I used Tan Your Hide and when I did, it was the Southgate location. I was so happy to see they have one in Fountain. I went yesterday and signed up again (and was also happy that the price of the red light went down). But I was helped by Brandy (sp) and she was very nice and friendly. She walked me through the packages and showed me how to use the beds again. She was very helpful and I would definitely recommend anyone going there and seeing her. read more

The ladies at the front counter are such a joy to interact with! They are very informative about the deals and plans going on. They remember your name when you come in - I never have to tell them my name anymore. It is such a wonderful experience. The beds and rooms are very clean and I have seen the ladies clean often there. This is my go to place before vacations or in between season tanning. I will not go anywhere else. I'm very pleased with the Fountain Mesa Location! The staff are great and always greet me with a smile , they are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. The salon is always clean and smells nice. The beds are awesome! This location is very convenient for me especially since I live in the Fountain area I don't have to drive 25 minutes away. I also appreciate that they give a military discount. The staff at the Fountain location are always so polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. With as many clients as there are the staff still makes me feel like I am the only person in the room. They take their time checking me in an/or answering any questions I have and don't try to hurry me along. The salon is very clean, cozy, and welcoming. This Tan your hide location, is so clean and comfortable. The staff that work there are all very nice and so helpful. I have been going to this location for about 3 months and I have never had a bad experience during that time. I'm visiting from Connecticut. The owner and employees were extremely friendly and accommodating. They've been professional and knowledgeable. The facility is very well-maintained, and the tanning beds are very clean. My skin has a a great glow from the level 3 bed I used this week. When I arrived at the business I was welcomed and encouraged to have a seat. The wait was less than 3 minutes. I was given the different options and each was explained to me in detail. Not only is the facility very clean but the staff is amazing. The staff is the most welcoming and helpful I have come across in a salon. They have the highest knowledge of their beds and will give you proper guidance to the beautiful tan you are desiring without letting you burn. Ive never had a problem. started my membership in February and couldn't be happier. staff is always so nice especially at this location.! when I first came in I had no idea what would be a good starter lotion for me and everyone was so helpful. definitely a friendly vibe and I'm glad I decided to give Tan Your Hide a go. read more
