They never sent an email or anything to tell me about their policy of expiration. I would never have wasted so much money and not gone. Had I known I would expire if I didn't go for one year as I was waiting for my vacation needless to say in all my years going there ,this has never happened and I will never ever go back there again. I think there should be an email sent or some kind of contact to let you know their policy. They wouldn't even work with me on it at all.
