For example they have researched ingredients for me due to allergies. I go to the store wearing a mask due to my immune system issues and the ongoing pandemic, and they have helped stay safer when checking out by allowing me to take pull the receipt myself, and showing me how to wave my card over the chip scanner.

The store is right next to a kosher sushi spot which is pretty convenient for those who keep kosher. When I walked in, it was quite crowded with a lot of other Jews ( I am also Jewish) which I always take as a great sign, but the selection was super limited compared to what I am used to and the prices were incredibly high for most normal items. I know there is always a large markup for kosher items, but this was significantly higher than I have seen before and seemed to apply to items which are generally kosher by default like oil and other regular household supplies. Furthermore, a lot of the items have no price tag - especially the freezer section which made me have no idea what I was going to pay until I got up front. I ended up leaving with a box of frozen knishes (7.99) and a refrigerated pair of knishes (4.99). The refrigerated section knishes were delicious, I heated them back up in the oven when I got home and really enjoyed it. Much better than the knish I had at Cecil's. But as a store, the prices are way too high for me to give a higher rating even though it is nice to see a kosher store.

It's a little on the smaller side for an Asian grocery store in the area but they have a good selection to choose from and offer some things you can't find elsewhere. The deli in the back has a good selection of items too, try the pork skewers! Love that they put their deli drinks in these cute carrying things. It was so convenient and just a nice touch. The only downside is there's only a few parking spots, there is street parking, I think, but when it's open this place is busy so there's people backing in and out of spots at any given time.

The Grocery side: Typical convenience store that sells your typical convenience store goods without having to rush to Cub or Trader Joe's or wherever everyone is going these days. There's a butcher shop at the end of the isles or Halal Meat is what the banners hanging from the roof say. I go here for a couple of reasons, they have some of the cheapest Ethiopian spice recipes I found in the city. If you have ever been to Fasika and asked them how much their Berbere spice is or how much they sell those Lentils for sale for. They will tell you $10. I found the same size of Berber spice and Lentils selling here for $5 & $3.99 respectively. Coriander $2.99, great deals on Chick peas, Pot Barley and Barley grits and Those huge stacks of Injera in the plastic wraps that sell for $20 are $4.99 here. Speak with the staff if you have any questions about any of the spices as a lot of them do not have any labeling signs on them other then the designated prices. Always get a kick by the sign in the toilet paper aisle asking customers not to take the toilet rolls off the counter for use. Hilarious. They went as far as creating an actual sign for it. The Deli side: I have tried the food here and it's average at best. It is not Ethiopian food even though some of the menu names are Ethiopian. They have Rice and Beef Tibs on their menu, a staple of Ethiopian cuisine, fail miserably here. Tomatoes and Berbere spice are two very important ingredients in making Tibs and they were nowhere to be found in my food. The Tibs looked and tasted more like Oromo/Somali Beef Suqaar in reality. And for the record, be prepared to be disappointed as they are out of at least half of what they have on the menu. There's a small seating area to the right of the Deli. There was Oromo television network that was on the last couple of times I sat down to eat. I like the Grocery side a lot, can't say the same thing about the Deli.
