First the ladies are very very detailed, they truly take their time, and make sure to get all hair. In the past at other locations I always have to ask staff to go over here or there one more time... here once they are done they are truly done. Second the face massage you get is a nice touch! Never had that done before, and it really is relaxing. Third they offer to add eyebrow powder and they do a great job!
