I am putting a one star so the owner can truly see how messed up his office is. I had called a week prior to Good Friday to set up services for 4:30pm asked my best friend over to wait for them so I could take my daughter to the nose specialist after she fractured it only for my friend to wait for no apparent reason because my appointment went missing and no one showed up. Upon repeated attempts to reach the office, someone finally got to me and had the owner call me so I could explain how upsetting this was as I needed my carpets cleaned and I had set up the appointment a week in advance and yet no one bothered to call and reschedule or anything. He was empathetic and tried reaching out to his cleaners to come fulfill my appointment but no one was answering their phones as the business was now closed for the day and everyone was either heading home or already home, so we had agreed someone would come on Monday and I would only pay $45-half the price of what was discussed for the inconvenience. I got a call halfway through Monday morning to be told they were calling to set up and appointment for Friday. figured okay maybe some miscommunication, told her no it's supposed to be for today because my appointment was for this past Friday and no one showed up. She said okay no problem got it set up and guy showed up a little late, no problem traffic in horizon is bad I understand stuff happens. But it's when he showed me the bill I lost it and got furious. The office decided to ignore what the owner and I had discussed and only gave me $20 discount trying to charge me $70 for services rendered. Are you kidding me??? Someone is either trying to pocket the owners money or they really are just that blatantly disrespectful of customers. I will NEVER use them again simply because of his office staff. I got lucky they had availability (i recommend calling more than 3 days in advance unlike my dumb self!). The team showed up on time, however i wouldve been fine with them showing up late as long as they did the same quality job! Anyways, i had them do the move out clean with inside the cabinets, fridge, stove, windows & base boards & they did an amazing, detailed job! i left soon after they got started & came back about 6 hours later to the wonderful smell of fabuloso & a very clean home. I am truly happy with the service!

They bathrooms and baseboards of our new rental were grungy and they made them sparkle! I also don't cringe when my kids roll around on the carpet now, because they did an excellent job deep cleaning it. I have to give them extra bonus points because they found ticks in the baseboards from the prior tenats' pets (we have no pets). I wouldn't have known and my kids would've been at risk if they hadn't been here to clean! If you're looking for an efficient and affordable cleaning crew, I definitely suggest them. I'm especially thankful I knew to call pest control for these ticks because this team noticed them.

So I had requested their services to deep clean my kitchen for a move out. We confirmed a day then…read morethey had to reschedule to another day. I confirmed with them three days before they were suppose to come, they told me everything was good to go. Then I confirmed again with them the day before the service told me that everything was good to go. To only call me a few hours later to let me know that the people who we're supposed to come clean our kitchen tested positive. How convenient the day before to test positive for covid, which if it true that's fine. But as a business owner to call a customer who is willing to pay for a service the day before the cleaning day with no other solution. I had to ask him if he had other staff that can come to clean and it was nothing but excuses. He kept telling I'm confirming if so and so can go. No confirmation that anyone was coming so I ended up cleaning my kitchen myself, because after what I experienced today with the incompetency of the owner or whoever I spoke to I can't trust to keep them accountable to show up when they said they would. Don't @ me, I said what I said. Ok, since the "owner" wants to clap back. First of all this is my husbands email so that why it is under his name. So instead of accusing the customer for being a troll, take into account what is being written by the customer and do better! Homie Thanksgiving was Thursday, the service was gonna be preformed on Saturday. If "The Holidays" as you so mentioned was going to be an issue, you could have mentioned that to me instead of guaranteeing that a service was going to be performed when you knew that you could not fulfill the task. As a business owner "transparency" is key, so now all of sudden you want to use the excuse "it's the holidays, what did she except!" When I first reached out to you, I STATED that I needed my kitchen clean out because I was moving. It isn't like I needed my kitchen clean after a Thanksgiving meal. So that's where you messed up assuming. I confirmed with you three days before the day of service you told me everything was good to go. I confirmed yesterday the day before the service. You told me everything was good to go, only to call me an hour later to tell me that. I had to be the one to ask you if you had anyone else, instead you coming up with a solution before you picked up the phone to call me. It was the day before the service, how would I be able to find another company on short notice. I'm in the middle of moving and needed an extra hand so I contacted your company based off of the reviews, to only be disappointed and more stressed. You never gave me a clear answer that anyone was going to show up. So yeah I canceled because I wasn't about to wait around to only then receive another phone call saying you can't make it. After countless times reaching out to you confirming the day of our appointment, to only be met with "my people tested positive for covid sorry I have no one else I can send to you."I had to be the one to tell you how urgent this was and that I needed someone. Instead of taking into account what is written, you're clapping back."oh I have proof I can show texts blah blah" So yeah I stand by my review. You need to work on your communication and professionalism.
