I had called a week prior to Good Friday to set up services for 4:30pm asked my best friend over to wait for them so I could take my daughter to the nose specialist after she fractured it only for my friend to wait for no apparent reason because my appointment went missing and no one showed up. Upon repeated attempts to reach the office, someone finally got to me and had the owner call me so I could explain how upsetting this was as I needed my carpets cleaned and I had set up the appointment a week in advance and yet no one bothered to call and reschedule or anything. He was empathetic and tried reaching out to his cleaners to come fulfill my appointment but no one was answering their phones as the business was now closed for the day and everyone was either heading home or already home, so we had agreed someone would come on Monday and I would only pay $45-half the price of what was discussed for the inconvenience. I got a call halfway through Monday morning to be told they were calling to set up and appointment for Friday. figured okay maybe some miscommunication, told her no it's supposed to be for today because my appointment was for this past Friday and no one showed up. She said okay no problem got it set up and guy showed up a little late, no problem traffic in horizon is bad I understand stuff happens. But it's when he showed me the bill I lost it and got furious. The office decided to ignore what the owner and I had discussed and only gave me $20 discount trying to charge me $70 for services rendered. Are you kidding me??? Someone is either trying to pocket the owners money or they really are just that blatantly disrespectful of customers. I will NEVER use them again simply because of his office staff. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES PLEASE

I called a few places but Waldo's had the best price in town. I took the screens in and received an estimate and approximate date of completion. Sounded good so I went ahead and made arrangements and paid a deposit. I was called when they were ready for pick up. Very pleased and highly recommend them. I was going to purchase extra for installation since one of the windows was on our second story, but was advised and felt confident afterwards on installing myself. Really appreciate the pep talk! It was easier than I anticipated. Look no further! They are located in a parking lot with other businesses (business district). You'll see their "garage", sign and suite after entering the shared lot.
