Unfortunately, after several attempts, we were unable to resolve the issues and I now feel compelled to leave this review. The service itself was very poor in that Nick and his co-worker cleaned my gutters after cleaning my windows causing the windows on two sides of my home to be left horribly dirty. Additionally, other windows and doors had to be recleaned unrelated to the gutter cleaning. Things were not returned to their original place both in and outside of the home. Windows were left partially opened and/or unlocked. The job was not done in a timely fashion. Lastly, without prior notice or discussion, Nick brought his toddler into my home while doing the interior window cleaning. My house is not child-proofed as I have no young children, leaving the child to get into several things. I also believe that I was significantly overcharged for the project. When discussing this, I was offered credits toward additional work. I am not interested in additional work of this quality. I would strongly recommend steering away from this company.

Not only did they shampoo the carpeting, wipe down all surfaces, and disinfect the bath areas, they wiped down the windows- inside and out (we have a lot of tall windows, too). Mac even repaired a broken vanity drawer in the process! And the pricing was very reasonable given the amount of cleaning that was completed. Needless to say, we are super impressed. How they allow livid contractor to talk to paying customers like he does is WILD. I found 2 other women on Nextdoor with similar experiences. I am now worried that siding wasn't properly taped as another one had the city come by to stop them installing. Maybe have a guy friend with you if you want to deal with the hostile siding guy, but his snotty, ragey phone call after I found issues with the installation were uncalled for. He also texted at 9:45PM in an angry tone. I 100% regret going with them, and if you want to walk on eggshells when you find issues and point them out, this is the place for you. Sabrina in the front office is amazing though, she's too good for the place. She didn't gaslight me or made me feel like an issue.
