After advising Borucki of my uncontrolled diabetes and high blood pressure, he literally patted my shoulder and assured me that I was not having a stroke. The brain stem stroke I survived left me profoundly disabled. With little physical ability. Learn from my mistake. This man isn't to be trusted with your well being.

He was very thorough during his exam, listened very careful to my history, took xrays and came up with a plan for treatment. He told me from the get go with my issues there was no snap of the finger cure but he could make the symptoms I had better. He did way more than that, because of my damaged disc's I'll deal with back issues probably the rest of my life but as of right now I can run, bend, pick my kids up and continue on with my life with no pain and I've only been seeing him for a few months. My advice to anyone with debilitating back pain would be to see Dr Hulteen and his team and let them give you some relief.

The main issues we are unhappy with are the lack of personal care for us as a family and miscommunications. Right away it feels more like the practice is more interested in the business of Pediatrics rather than the children themselves. We have never felt warmly welcomed there. It also seems like they are in the habit of over scheduling since the wait time (and you have to have an appointment) is crazy , the last visit I left after waiting an hour and a half past my appointment time. The other problem is that there have been many miscommunications, medicine sent to the wrong pharmacy, pills prescribed for a 7 yr old instead of liquid and a misdiagnosed UTI all from 1 visit. They didn't give us any information when we first registered with them about nurse lines or how the practice handles weekend emergencies or even general policies. Information that could have helped a lot when I had issues with the prescription. Any way if your thinking about Palmetto I'd say try somewhere else , I've already requested our records and am hoping to find a practice that truly cares for families and children.

I had been seen at this office before and my previous dentist was aware of my dental fluorosis and concerns regarding the appearance and condition of my teeth. Unfortunately, since she has moved, my recent experience with Dr. Cook left me extremely anxious and uncertain. I went in regarding a tooth I had been told appeared chipped/exposed rather than obviously decayed. During the procedure, the atmosphere noticeably shifted and became very quiet, which immediately made me feel like something was wrong. Dr. Cook continued drilling, the tooth became significantly smaller, and I eventually had to ask if something was wrong before being told the tooth had "crumbled" and that I may now need a crown down the line. 1 was visibly upset afterward and asked to speak with the manager. Although she initially came to talk to me and walked me back to the room, she left before Dr. Cook came in to further explain the situation, despite how overwhelmed I clearly was. I also had another area smoothed down between two teeth after mentioning it felt rough, but since then that area has become sensitive and painful as well. I paid $517 for two fillings and left with more uncertainty, anxiety, and insecurity about my smile than confidence. 1 am mentally exhausted from the situation and honestly do not even feel comfortable returning for another follow-up. I understand unexpected things can happen in dentistry, but communication, reassurance, and patient trust matter just as much as the procedure itself. Sadly, this experience felt very different from I have still not received my complete unedited video or patient ledger as requested June 2, 2026.
