Any time I have seen her and the previous provider, I have always felt welcomed and that all my concerns have always been addressed. The staff is really friendly and they are always helpful. No one really enjoys visiting doctor's offices, but any time me or my son has visited, we always feel the girls do their best. The office is really nice, wait time is never too long, rooms are always clean and the offices are located in nice areas with plenty of parking. If you're looking for a dermatologist, I highly recommend this place. There's no cure for my psoriasis, but they always help me the best they can and make me feel cared for.

Always has good service. I moved to the Antelope Valley and had some issues with lumps all over my face. From what I believe to be a break in my skin from Juvéderm injections at a different place in Glendale and being exposed to a recalled pine-sol that contained bacteria, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa Which caused serious infections all over my face and neck at the injections sites and migrated throughout my face. I can't tell you how horrified I was and how this took a toll on me physically, mentally, and emotionally. Diag: Neoplasm of Uncertain Behavior (D48.5) I can't tell everyone what a nightmare it was to have lumps all over my face because I never has issues with my face which has always been flawless. I must say that ever since the last Injector left i have been less than pleased with the results. Jeremy is very friendly and works quickly but im not happy with the work. The past two times ive gone i was injected by Jeremy. He is very professional but i feel like i might be getting short changed. Both times my results barely lasted a few months. My last appointment was in july and it is September and i now have l full range of motion on my forehead. After the first time I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and tried again. I was left with a permanent line on the top of my forehead . I recently had a consult with a plastic surgeon on something unrelated and when speaking about my dysport he also agreed on the duration and movement of my face. I mentioned to the surgeon that when I asked the front office about the units they used and they replied 100 that it seems unlikely that that is the amount used due to the amount of movement. I cant say I was surprised but im still upset about it. Needless to say I am now searching for new injector .
