If there were other patients and they were busy, I could understand the long wait times. But with no other patients in sight, the wait times were unacceptable. I told the receptionist the reason for my visit, which included bloodwork. I was unaware that I needed to fast before this visit and was not given instructions to do so. Dr. Dinh told me I could either reschedule, or go ahead with the lab work knowing that the results could be inaccurate. Why would I want inaccurate lab results? Dr. Dinh had a very condescending tone when I asked him questions about my health. The visit was a waste of time. Gave this practice two stars (instead of one) because I do like the nurse practitioner there, Lisa Western. She is fantastic - professional and warm.

My new insurance provider did not cover my particular type of BC on their list of preventatives (which per the Affordable Care Act, preventatives are covered without copayment), but Dr. Faircloth ensured me that she would get it figured out as I told her other BCs gave me problems. They submitted the scrip to my pharmacy who said it was being charged at $25. I called my insurance who said my doctor needed to file an appeal that it was for preventative purposes vs for treatment of other medical issues, and it would be covered at no cost. I let Dr. Faircloth's office know that, but I received a call from her nurse saying that they said they would only get it covered, and it's not their problem that it's not being filled as a preventative and they can't do anything (other than suggesting that I switch health insurance providers??? Which thanks for the great suggestion, my employer only gave me one option). So my option is find some doctor who is willing to put in the legwork or pay $300/yr to not get pregnant.

Do not even attempt treatment here if you care about the quality of care you or a loved one gets. Often patients don't even get the therapist promised for up to 2 months. Patients exiting hospitals will flounder if not given support from an assigned therapist to help them make the transition to a new environment. This causes unnecessary angst and distress to those already in a somewhat fragile state. Shame on you Altium! PS. this does not mean there are not some nice and caring staff there, but the benefit is not worth the risk Just my opinion.

She started having students there, and since then I have maybe seen her once in five years. I have been on the same medication's for half my life. Same dose, no issues. Jody and the students would write my prescriptions for a year because I travel a lot and I don't have access to American medical so it's important that I refill six months at a time so that I can travel without worry. While on the road, many miles from home, I went to get my refill at a Walmart and Dr Stubler had CANCELED all of my prescriptions. Of course it left me frantic because I need these medication's to survive. I called her office over and over and the receptionist kept saying she would call me back, but I never ever got a call back. I gave it another shot and called again and the receptionist said "Oh, I told her to call you. She canceled your prescriptions because she wants to see you more than once a year and now she wants your lab work". Im traveling. I can't just run into her office. After the prescriptions were already written for a year, Jody called and canceled and left me stranded with no medication far away from home. I am not on any narcotics or controlled substance. She canceled the prescriptions with no contact, no communication whatsoever, to tell that she was going it or why. I would have paid the office a doctor visit if they wanted my money but really dangerous to put someone on medication and then just take it away. During the time that she cut my prescriptions off, I also had a house fire and was displaced along with a family. Worrying about my medication that keeps me alive on top of it, was one of the worst times in my life. No doctor should write you a prescription for a certain amount of time and then just decide to cancel it halfway through without even telling their patient. The staff is there for a paycheck. That's it. When I return to Utah, I won't be going back and it's so sad because I loved her service and understanding so much in the beginning.

I've been looking for a primary doctor for a while. Being from out of state I haven't really found a family physician doctor who also covers such a wide scope of practice. Dr Zhang is a certified and licensed injector as well! I love how tranquil the lobby is. Very cozy with a lot of Chinese cultural decor. Doctor Zhang was so kind and laid back. She was very easy to talk to and not judgmental at all when it came to topics of previous medication or overall health awareness. They are really great in terms of resources and knowledge. They are licensed and able to prescribe Suboxone for people who may have had previous issues or abuse from opiates.
