I have a large industrial size swamp cooler on my home. The handyman that I had been using I trusted because he helped my dad, so when he said he needed new pumps or everything was working great, I paid and just assumed it was done correctly. Last summer when it wasn't working correctly, he just never responded at all. I called Case Construction and Roofing to see if they had someone to shut it off in the Fall and they did. I called them to come get it running this year. There were 2 giant holes that just made the water run right out and never even get the pads wet. He asked if I have had a larger water bill and I have, like a LOT more the last couple of summers and I just assumed it was the sprinklers. They told me that my "handyman" put duct tape over the hole. He also said that one of the pumps wasn't even hooked up, the other one didn't work and the last one was dying. They also told me I needed new nets as they hadn't been replaced like I had thought. There was also a hornet's nest that had been in there and the water line had so much calcium in it that it was barely getting any water through. I bought 3 new pumps and the nets. He fixed it beautifully! Every pump is hooked up and running, the water line is working, the holes are fixed and the hornets nest is gone. My house is COLD again and I'm in tears of gratitude that Case Construction and Roofing is honest and fixed this for me. I could not figure out what was causing the leak, which only happened occasionally and without regularity to heavy rain, snow, etc. They came and quickly identified where the issue was likely occurring and described in detail how their waterproofing process does both sealing and water diversion of the affected area. Their demo team was very courteous and cleaned up their mess pretty well. They were also able to schedule me within a few weeks and this was great timing, as a lot of rain has come up where we live near Millcreek Canyon since then. Businesses can sometimes grow out of the phase of being a home town business, but PC Handyman services not only has a strong team, solid equipment, great service (I mean stellar) but they also care about their community even at their size. They also seem competitive in rates but I know every situation is different and costs vary. They offered to send one of their team members to help my family while I'm dealing with health issues and my partner has a broken leg.
