Our PUD complex ask them to bid our driveway raising project and we were given a bid. I was told to pay the deposit and they would put us on their schedule. We paid the deposit and a day was set for them to come out, and when they arrived within ten minutes the crew of two said they could not do this job due to rebar and told me that they would make a bigger problem if they tried to repair it. We agreed if that was the case it was better for them not to do the work and they left. When I requested our deposit back they sent a check short $250 for the cost of the trip out to our complex. I ask them several times to come out and make sure the bid was correct and they told me not to worry that they could do the job. When I pointed that out to the office and said I should get my full deposit back I was told I was lucky that was all they were keeping and made it clear that they had our deposit and they made the rules. I ask for the owner to call me and I have heard no more from them. I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone that asks.
