They had a large selection of materials and looks to choose from. Their team came out and removed my old countertops and replaced the new ones in under an hour! They cleaned up everything before they left and even recommended what type of cleaner I should use on them. They were thoughtful, respectful, kind, and very easy to work with. They carried the counters up two and three flights of stairs without any trouble, making sure to not bump into my walls or stairs. It's absolutely incredible the difference a counter can make! The entire room looks different with my new countertops from PSI Tops! The mounted sinks I also got from PSI and they look amazing and seamless, worth the money. I had some water coming through a basement ceiling light fixture. The closest upstairs water…read moresource was a shower about four feet away. However, nothing else was wet or appeared damaged. I contacted Servpro, and Justin was at my place within an hour, on a Wednesday evening. Determining that the water was minimal and restricted to a small area, he cut a hole large enough to determine that the leak was not caused by the shower, or any other expected water source. He was quickly able to rule out every other possibility and we determined that snow had actually blown in through an external furnace air vent, melted, and ran down through the light fixture. As foolish as I felt about having him come out and punch a hole in my ceiling, for no actual reason, I was thankful that their wasn't a bigger issue. Justin was in and out of my house in a hour, after confirming that we had no actual water leaking in the house. The price was very affordable, and the service was spectacular (including cleaning up any mess that was made). I will call them with any "real" problems in the future, and refer them to everyone I know that is in need of assistance.
