They came a little earlier than expected because they wanted to beat the summer heat. They did our driveway, backyard and our roof and their work was excellent. Brian and Lynn were professional, efficient and friendly. They are our go to company for pressure washing. Also, the price is unbeatable! Keep up the great work!

Mateo sent his crew in and, in no time, they blasted away all the crud that had accumulated over time. They even took before and after pictures that I'm showing my friends and neighbors. What a difference! Add to that, the crew were professional, courteous and informative about the products used. The price was certainly fair, as well. A good job and a pleased customer.

After multiple calls three days later I got a call with an apology so I decided to take the high road and reschedule. They didn't show up again. Do not use these empirically amateurish painters. They deserve no ones business.

We had a leak in our garage and my ceiling was damaged. I selected Madruga's because of their…read morecompetitive price and they were eager for the work. Once they opened the ceiling, it was obvious that the leak was not repaired. The roof repairs are the responsibility of our HOA. So I had to call the HOA again before the repairs could continue. It took another 3 weeks for the repairs to be completed. At that time I called Madruga's and informed them that I was now ready to complete the repair work. Within a week they were out here and completed the repair. They did a great job. Were very neat and very helpful replacing all my "stuff" that had to be removed initially. The only reason why I didn't give them an Excellent rating is due to the fact that I asked Orestes (the owner) for a receipt so I could send it to my insurance company. It's been several weeks and several promises but still no receipt!

His approach was wonderful. When I emailed him his response was wonderful. He posses wonderful people skills and above average customer service. His process was very simple and straight forward. No hidden agendas or fees. His word is definitely his bond. He came out like he said he would and sprayed my yard and my house. My girlfriend was home at the time and she was so amazed at his customer service and service with spraying the yard and house. We have not seen a bug in site in the house or the yard. I would highly recommend using Tom for your pest control needs. I have already referred two co-workers/friends to use his services for their house/yard.

A few days later he sent a crew of 2 to clean my roof. The job was done very quickly and not very professionally. The roof was still dirty in spots and was still littered with sticks and leaves. That was 2 weeks ago and still no word back. At this point I'll just hire someone else to come finish the job. It's too bad because they were friendly people. Lesson learned, don't pay if you aren't happy with the job!

I have had many bad experiences in my lifetime but nothing has come close to the horrible…read moreexperience I recently had with Jeff from Abel Gutters. Hired him to install new gutters last year and they put an ugly tube on one of my downspouts. Complained after install and owner insisted that's what he would've done if it were his home so we left it. Hated it so much that we called him a year later to fix it and he denied ever doing the work! He accused me of lying and that I had someone else install the hideous tube which couldn't be further from the truth. However he assured me he would still fix it and that he would call me back. Weeks go by and no call so I reach out again numerous and get the same response, "I'll call you back" but never does. He also promised to stop by numerous times and never did. After attempting for almost 2 months and being kept in limbo I finally had enough so I gave him a deadline or I was giving him a bad review. He called me back screaming, accusing me of lying, hung up on me and sent nasty texts. He then called back and finally admitted to installing the tube that he denied doing and said I requested it. Really? Another lie! After going back and forth he promised 3 times that he would finally stop by the next day so we both agreed that after 4pm was best for both of us. Unfortunately his promises were lies again because he never showed up! Therefore the next day I texted him for the last time saying to never call me or come on my property and of course he responds with another lie saying I was supposed to text him. This is NOT how people treat people especially in business. I am nice and patient until I've had enough and I had enough! Really dislike people that don't keep their word, lie, are rude and arrogant and then threaten to write about me because I said I was giving him a bad review. This guy is vindictive and I'm sure he'll try to twist this story around with more of his lies. Anyway, I am a person of integrity and have no reason to lie about this experience. I have proof of every call, nasty text and cash receipt and only speak the truth! All I can say is if you're considering getting gutters do yourself a favor and stay away from this crazy unprofessional man and his company!
