I called the office today, to find out where things stood because I was not contacted with follow-up information. I spoke to Tracy, and was told the exact opposite of what was explained to me during the appointment by Dr. Tate and the person reviewing financing with me. I was met with disdain and condescension during the phone call. I mean, medical services have changed drastically since the pandemic however, this is a luxury segment of the industry that should be met with higher standards of customer support. Very disappointed and will bring my business elsewhere. This review can be disregarded by Dr. Tate's office because I am one person and who needs me right?
