That…read moreexperience was less than stellar - frankly less than anyone should have to endure from a medical professional. I made the decision which was both time consuming and financially impactful to switch Orthodontists 6 months into treatment with the other said office (the investment financially would not be refunded, as well as time being that their office is very close to me and Dr. Thomas is a 20 min drive each way). Even my first consult with Dr. Thomas made me feel at ease with his office. He was both kind and empathetic to the situation I was coming from. I had a long road ahead and seeing the difference from office to office I now know what great hands I am in. We removed the braces from the previous office, allowed my teeth to stabilize and then started completely over. Dr. Thomas takes his time and really puts all that he has into his patients and ensuring their smile and end goals are clear and articulated in a way that I could understand. Now, being well into my treatment with this office I couldn't recommend them more. I feel informed, respected and know this is the type of experience everyone should have - especially when it comes to something as important as your smile!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

She has two offices, another in Huntington, IN. I made appointments at both for whatever was more convenient for me. Also accommodated emergency appointments if something went wrong. And I got a discount on my braces because my sister was a patient of hers before. So if you have multiple kids/family members who need something then this is the way to go.
