I personally had a pretty bad experience here. I came here needing an adjustment for back pain and he was so soft that he didn't even adjust me. Also, his tables didn't have any head rests, so my head was hanging off the end while he lightly tried to adjust me. I never went back. read more

I went to visit Dr. Josh this morning, and I couldn't be happier with my visit. For starters: I called last minute with a back injury, and they were able to get me in right away. The clinic decor is clean and bright. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. Dr. Josh was very through. He asked many questions and explained things in a very clear and direct manner. He even noticed my neck was out of alignment-which had been bothering me for some months, but I hadn't mentioned it during the appointment. I went to see Amy for a 60 minute massage yesterday. I can honestly say she is by far the best masseuse that I have ever been too. I feel like all my other massages were a waste of time in comparison. She KNEW what she was doing. She actually worked the tension out of my neck by doing a series of deep tissue techniques that I have never experiences before. It is obvious that she is well trained and knowledgeable about the physiology of the muscle make up in your body. I saw Dr. Josh for several months. At first I was impressed with how gentle the adjustments were. His bedside manner was awkward, but I decided the good adjustments were worth it. Then, one day, he was talking with me about blood draws. He said, "Man, you should have seen this 300 pounder that came in here the other day. We couldn't find a vein!" I was shocked, and extremely disappointed, that he would talk about a patient--not a piece of wild game, but a human--in this manner. It was so disrespectful and exposed what looked to me like a really ugly view of the way he feels about some of his patients. So, yeah, the adjustments were good, but I can no longer trust that he wouldn't snicker about my body with others as soon as I am gone. It felt so wrong. I truly hope it was some kind of miscommunication, but it is hard to imagine how it could have been. Also, warning, he's got some very misinformed ideas about the HPV vaccine. When I saw him go on an anti HPV vaccination tirade on Facebook, my jaw dropped at the level of poorly drawn conclusions and inflammatory and baseless claims. Seriously--internet chain letter kind of stuff. (I do happen to be an expert on the subject.) Definitely made me question all of the other "research" he was always sharing with me. So, crap. Dr. Josh is the bomb! I've been to many chiropractors over the years and he is terrific! Here's why: - no sales job. No requirement of orientation seminar (which I've had in the past. Seriously! One even with a quiz on what I learned). Just listen, ask questions, and adjust. Boom. Done. See how it goes and call if you don't feel better. - Having been to a few chiropractors, I've developed a slight phobia of adjustments. Chiros who commented on how tight I was and we need to try that again and the build up to an adjustment would scare me and tighten me up. Dr. Josh? Smooth, fast, calm, easy. Adjusted and quick before I even knew what was happening. Really really skillful. -Dr Josh suggested a 'belt' to maintain the adjustment. The belt of course costs money - you can even buy it on amazon. Dr. Josh just loaned me his - no charge - 3, maybe 4 weeks. No problem. -Most important, the primary reason I went to see him - hip pain. Hip pain like 'maybe I should be thinking about arthritis or hip replacement or whatever (I'm 53). A few adjustments and the loaned belt and I can't quite articulate how much better my hips feel. Yay!! Dr. Josh -- thanks so much for your skill, your professionalism and your ethics. Dr. Josh is wonderful, well beyond what one would expect of a chiropractor. He is truly holistic and looks at all aspects of any physical malady you have. He also does not BS and insist on expensive X-rays or tell you you need to come in twice a week when once a month would suffice. read more
