RSI has their repipe operation highly tuned for efficiency, from initial quote to job completion…read more They are easier to work with, less expensive and do better work than other plumbing companies. They do both the repipe and the drywall cuts/repair as a single job. We had our house repiped due to pipe deterioration and a couple of leaks with the original polybutene pipe. It was far easier to get a quote from RSI than from other plumbing companies. Jamey patiently walked me through the details. Milo and his crew completed the repipe itself in one day, meaning the water was turned off only for that day. Additional days were required for the inspection and drywall work. They were amazingly efficient in their drywall cuts with only small cuts primarily in non-living spaces (e.g the laundry room). The crew was professional, courteous, efficient, and in/out within a few days. The inspector was quite familiar with RSI and very complementary of Milo's work. I was impressed.

Another company who origininally came out declined the project, but not RSI. My husband and I are so pleased with the service we received, the professionalism, and the completeness of the work including drywall. I HIGHLY recommend this company! We could not leave a testimonial on their website so at the least wanted to see if we do some promotion here for them on YELP knowing that people are often looking for quality work. You can't post pictures as the work is all hidden in the walls/ceiling, but anyone who has had bad pipes in their house knows how awful it is to have a puddle on the floor, carpet and bulge in the dry wall! Now we don't have to worry about that! Thanks so much!

They left my laundry room clean; they were respectful of our home and took off their shoes or had shoe covers on. Plan to have them back to do a whole house air duct cleaning later this summer.

I was able to speak to Joe on the phone and she was able to schedule a plumber that same day because I needed it fixed ASAP. Josh showed up on time and worked through the issues. I appreciated his willingness to stick with it and get the job done even though it was a little more complicated than it looked at first. Reasonable pricing and fast response. I'm not sure it was the cheapest, but I felt like the price was fair. I like that there is someone in the office you can reach. Will definitely use again.

Cooper Heating and Cooling is one of our favorite companies in Colorado Springs. I have had bad…read moreexperiences with some alternatives, but we give Cooper highest marks. (From husband:) Conner at Cooper was professional and proficient in all ways. I had a challenging issue with my boiler, and it took two trips, but the central problem was resolved. Conner also took the initiative to fix several other unrelated minor issues, and left with the system working perfectly. I also appreciated that their rates were reasonable, that they were able to respond quickly, and were always punctual. One downside to Cooper is that they only do heating and cooling--they won't fix your toilet. But for what they do cover, they are great.

When you place a service call plan to spend at least 10 minutes on the phone with an AI representative taking all your information. And it seems like they've got it all and then you get an actual representative calling you back and that's another 10 minutes. Then they tell you that they don't even service your unit anymore. It's another company in Colorado Springs that handles it so you have to call that company. If my unit was over five years old, I could see where this would be fairly normal but for that much money, I would think it could work fairly well being only two years old. The use of an AI agent is very frustrating, especially when you have to repeat all of the information to a live agent all over again. When I called the other company, they don't have 24/7 agents I had to leave a voicemail. It was 8:30pm at the other company called back thank God. I ordered this HVAC through Costco. I don't think I'm going to order serviced or products from them again. The other technician who is coming out on Weds is actually very professional -- please know that my one star rating has nothing to do with him.
