Always very accommodating and pricing is reasonable. They explain any issues well and let me know of services to consider for future visit.

Bad service, no experience. Just trying to steel your money. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Precision Tune Auto Care

Around September 29, 2025, in late afternoon, I went to the Precision Tune on Peters Creek Parkway…read morein Winston-Salem, NC. to get an oil change-but it was late, and there were so many customers in front of me, there was no way they could get to it that day. They suggested I come in early the next morning. So I did, and I spoke with their rep (initials S. T.) and she told me everything I needed to know. Very easy and enjoyable to speak with, very professional, etc.. When they were done, they told me a lot of things about the care I did not know. I was scheduled to take a long trip the next morning, so the information was very valuable. When I returned to Winston-Salem, I very badly needed four new tires. I was told to call as I was leaving work the next afternoon, to let them know I was on my way. I did, the tires arrived, and they put them on. When they were finished, I was given diagrams and a list of what they did, WHY they did it, which is Great, and all kinds of other info that I needed to know. They did a fantastic job, and I would recommend them to anyone. S.T. is very approachable with questions and answers, as is the team who did the work. I am Extremely Satisfied with all they did, and have already recommended them to many other people, including people with whom I work. Thanks Very Much!!!

Failure to Respect Vehicle Owners & Pattern of Dismissing Customer Boundaries…read more I brought my vehicle to Precision Tune Auto Care in Winston-Salem for an inspection. Upon arrival, I was informed that the check engine light was on and the car would fail. Although I confirmed the diagnostic code myself later at home, the actions of the staff while I was on-site showed a total disregard for property rights and customer consent. When I saw the light and realized the situation, I immediately issued a clear cease work demand I explicitly instructed the technician to stop, cancel the inspection, and not lift my vehicle. The technician made direct eye contact with me, paused, and then deliberately continued raising my vehicle on the lift while I repeatedly ordered him to stop. When I paid the partial fee ($23) to retrieve my vehicle, the front desk employee defended the technician, claiming they were "required" to complete the inspection completely ignoring that a customer has the legal right to revoke consent and order a cease work on their own property at any point. A look through public complaints and consumer reviews for Precision Tune reveals that this is a continuous pattern. Multiple customers have documented staff overtalking vehicle owners, ignoring direct instructions, and hiding behind internal shop policy when customer boundaries are crossed. Treating an owner's vehicle with such disregard and making a customer feel belittled after an explicit demand to stop work is completely unacceptable. Update hiding behind state law misses the point. Even if North Carolina regulations require an inspection to be completed once logged into the system, state law doesn't tell a technician to make eye contact with a customer, ignore them, and keep raising a vehicle while being asked to stop. If there is a strict point of no return once a key is handed over, your front desk needs to explain that policy clearly to customers before driving the car into the bay--not dismiss them after the fact. It comes down to basic communication and basic respect.
