The second time was when I had set up a viewing of a property via email, meaning I had in fact received a confirmation email.  But when I showed up as appointed, no one was there. When I called Scott Fraser, they explained that they had not received confirmation from all the tenants but had not bothered to tell me. I then tried to schedule a third time, but SF told me that they needed to confirm tenant availability first. As I received no confirmation of this fact and did not wish a repeat of showing up without confirmation, I assumed that the viewing was not going forward. However, I then received a voicemail from Scott Fraser wondering where I was? Honestly, who are these people?

In the week that our group where there the apartments where not serviced once. At weekends if you go out and come in after 11pm there is a guy that stands at the entrance ready to interrogate you.

Just as the website says, he is not the run of the mill estate agent, he is more like an old friend that you have a cup of tea and catch up with. Greg without any shadow of a doubt knows the housing market, he knows every psychological trick, price point, selling points and areas to avoid. I believe that he has an outstanding record in getting the price the seller is after in the shortest times possible. For example our property went on the first weekend. We could not be more pleased with the service Blue Door provided. I wish I had known of Greg and Blue Door when I sold my last two properties. If you are fed up of going into High St estate agents and being greeted by gel haired kids just out of school who are more interested in their mobile phones and how many stickers are on their estate agent cars then do yourself a favour and go and see a 'grown up' who knows his trade like quite frankly no other that I have met in 15 years of buying and selling properties. It is endless and very crowded on weekend evenings. And the quiet civilized atmosphere is very conducive to relaxing. Liz is very accommodating and patient. I thought seriously about reviewing her on this site .. Would I rather keep her apartments a secret? But I thought I should share the experience with Yelpers who have helped me so in my travels, near and far.
